  1. Past hour
  2. I am NOT 100 per cent sold on Penders atm he needs time, at least a year or 2 more IMHO we need a stopgap older GREAT GKer I have put out all the names before BUY ONE of them OR Buy Diogo Costa and let him and Penders fight it out for the next 2, 3 years
  3. Today
  4. smdh and he is likely going to be suspended for UEFA games as well
  5. Neto suspended for 1 game and will miss Newcastle tomorrow and fined £70,000 after his misconduct that occured after Chelsea's game with Arsenal
  6. Not regardless of experience but with experience. It is clearly showing in the number of red cards and inability to manage phases of the game. We really had a lot of players in the PL that were potential targets last summer - Guehi, Semenyo, Cunha, Mbeumo. The only signing we made who had 3-4 seasons of PL experience was Joao Pedro and it shows.
  7. Maybe it will improve with Penders? But he has also made some horrendous mistake like Jorgensen. So I agree it's a very challenging idea this. Heck even Valdez from Barcelona made so many mistakes but what saved him is amazing Messi and amazing mid in Busquet, Xavi and Iniesta. So even then it's still a very challenging idea to always play from the back.
  8. Well I think is true we was doing good. But if not for defense which is something we been saying since Maresca time. So if the club cares about going the next level they need to focus on improving this. Which is obviously it won't happen with these owners and company. Its sad that out of all the interest we picked them to take over Roman.
  9. Estevao injured still and not progressing Project Puppet when asked about subs on Wednesday said "at 2-2 we were in the ascendancy, then we made a mistake, the rest is history"
  10. Yes that sounds about right. But my question if that was the intent from the beginning why did they buy hard for Caicedo, Enzo and Lavia? Those deals don't make sense as to oppose the others we done.
  11. 🗯🔵️Understand Levi Colwill is another name Chelsea could now look to extend. Contracted until 2029 with a one-year option. Nothing close yet but a willingness from all parties to explore a new deal. Marc Cucurella is believed to have been rewarded with improved terms last year despite no announcement. ⏳️Other contract renewals will now follow at Chelsea. (Ben Jacobs)
  12. I believe his contract now includes a base salary plus bonus payments; previously, he received a full salary of £250,000 per week with no bonuses.
  13. We can't scupper a deal by offering Tosin ha ha
  14. he is our captain and one of our best players and they offered a lower wage?
  15. I would offer Netro plus 35-40m euros to Juve for to Juve for Kenan Yıldız hell, toss in Tosin if need be, lol
  16. Borussia Dortmund's Carney Chukwuemeka has switched allegiances from England to Austria ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/news/carney-chukwuemeka-international-switch-austria-england-dortmund-36390 Chukwuemeka is set to play for Austria at this summer’s FIFA World Cup in the Canada, Mexico and the United States. The Dortmund midfielder was born in the Austrian capital Vienna to Nigerian parents, but grew up in England and has won 25 youth international caps with the Three Lions, firing them to UEFA European Under-19 Championship glory in 2022. But it is now two years since he was last called up for England’s U21s – a squad he had to pull out of due to injury – and FIFA have now approved his request to switch international allegiance. A powerful attacking midfielder, Chukwuemeka has made 47 appearances for Dortmund, adding four goals and two assists, since joining from Chelsea in the 2024/25 season, initially on loan. Former Bayern Munich starlet Paul Wanner, now of PSV Eindhoven, has also made the switch to Austria – in his case from Germany – further strengthening head coach Ralf Rangnick’s hand ahead of this summer’s showpiece.
  17. lol and why Chelsea offer a weak salary to him?
  18. ✅️Reece James took a pay cut to stay at Chelsea long term. 💙Proper Chels.💙
  19. There will be no adapting his style. Its already a more risky way of building than under Maresca, he wants the GK to break the line when he can. So Jorgensen will likely be used more prominently. It did work a few times vs Paris but you need to quit when you’re ahead or go long at times to manage the game. Newcastle will press us high more than likely after that. And no doubt we will continue with that shite passing out nonsense.
  20. The main thing is, can Liam adapt his style to letting Sanchez play the long ball rather than forcing him to pass it out from the back Its just a shame that we have two very average GK's at the club. We really went from Cech/Courtois/Mendy to this
  21. If Liam Rosenior is humble, he'll accept his mistake and go back to Sanchez. Rotten options everywhere, but I'd stick with a keeper that can do a job if you play to his strengths. Hope that remark about him making Jorgensen no. 1 keeper were taken out of context. Absolutely asinine to make another keeper no.1 based on a few games this season.
