Absolutely. Unlike Lampard under AVB, Terry's shown no signs of anger, frustration or anything. At the captain and leader at the club that makes a massive difference and even helps keep a lot of the younger players in check. I'm sure he wishes he still had Cech, Lampard and Drogba with him to spearhead the club's revival but now he's got the task of developing the next Chelsea core.

You mean a 3-4-3? Our wing options are not balanced enough to both attack and defend, we will become even narrower than before.

Although if it were done I would probably use Azpi-Cahill-Terry as CBs and stick Zouma in midfield, Willian and Baba as the wing backs.
