It's a different rule these days, I think Rodwell got one last season despitw only playing just over 100 minutes.

Cech is a real professional. He knows he is a 2nd choice but he is not leaving in this transfer window. Cech is still fighting and never gives up. For example Mata and probably Lampard chose an easy life.
