The only objection I have is the lack of added general seats. Corporate boxes generate more cash but Roman doesn't seem to care all that much about making money from the club. +7000 seats but +14000 corporate boxes. 48k is not enough general seating.

Well the whole point about building new stadium is adding more corporate seats. It's much much MUCH more important than general seats. They generate much more income. If club still uses this "FFP" and "self-sufficient" rhetoric then split should be even bigger. I read that it could be 40k to 20k.

Chelsea earn 29m£ less from matchdays than Arsenal who have stadium of targeted capacity. What's the point of spending enormous amount of money to have 29m£ more income when new Yokohama deal will bring 22m£ more, new Champions League prize money another 23m£ more and Premier League from next year about 55m£ more ? I think 50m£ should be minimum additional income they are targeting from this.

Looks stunning. I'm glad we're not moving into a soulless bowl like the Emirates. This ground will have character (fuck I sound like Brendan Rodgers...) and is totally unique architecturally. I hope that the final product looks like that, it's beautiful.

Well nice to see we have made the presentation to Wembley for a 3 year deal at £11mill a year. Im sure we would get it over Spuds plan for a 1 year rental.

I am upset about us not trying to push for at least the 2 ends safe standing and not as many sets for REAL fans over corporate. The money rules again.

At least I'm doing my best at trying to keep the average age for season ticket holders down. 28 years for the good and I'm not stinking rich.

No it's not. It's not a year away. It's two years away.

Were just about to start the 15/16 season. Next season will be 16/17. Next season starts in August 2016. That's 1 year away.

But we haven't started the 15/16 season therefore it's still 2 years away.

In no way, shape or form is it 2 years away. It will start in 13 months which is when he was saying the work should start

I'm not saying it should start then. As I said it's too soon. I don't quite know what you're getting at?
