So errr... let me see.

Sunday 10th March, Liverpool 3-2 Tottenham

Thursday 14th March, Inter 4-1 Tottenham

Sunday 17th March, Tottenham 0-1 Fulham

Oh dearies. Chelsea go 3rd, 5 points ahead of Arsenal and 1 point ahead of Tottenham with a game in hand over the yids. What a day! I'm guessing Bale played the 2nd half right? I mean he looked pretty fucked at H/T but they didn't sub him off from what i've seen.

Btw what a shocking challenge from McManaman, the Wigan player. He should get a 10 match ban for that tackle, absolute disgrace. I'll be surprised if that Newcastle player plays again before 2014.

Definitely a red but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. He was clearly going for the ball and it was one footed. He deserves a suspension but I've seen many worse tackles-it's the awful injury, the outcome of the tackle that makes it so bad.

Nice results for us. So we are trailing City by 4 points, we have 1 more than Spurs (we have a game in hand) and we are 5 ahead of Arsenal. I say let's push the citizens for 2nd and let the North London teams to battle it out for 4th. What do you think?

Yeah I'm sick of this 'sensational' society...

Debut to a young lad - over eager to impress and makes a MISTAKE - do we really think he did it on purpose? I don't. It's not like Roy Kean on Alf Inge Haaland (great player)...

The media (same as the Hazard story) need to shut the fuck up. Football is a contact sport and those are the risks. The Ref couldn't see it, but the linesman could - he should have flagged it!

The kid will get suspended, the other player will recover. Non story.

Even if the other players career is ended - that's life! I'm not being a cunt, but these guys get paid aweek more than most people earn in a year - for precisely this reason.

Just sick of the over-reaction :(

It's not over-reaction though, the tackle was hideous, and could of ended the lads career as his foot was planted into the floor.

This has nothing to do with a young lad, young or or old it doesn't matter that tackle was shocking. Players know the rules and know you can't go in like that, this is common sense.

Anyone who can justify or warrant that challenge needs their head looking at, and this time it ain't the media over-reaction, it's justified.

Pretty pleased to see ColdSpurs dropping points. However, I still would like to see them in top four ahead of Le arsens.

Same here. Unless Everton can get 4th of course. It might be a long shot, but I think Everton are still in the race. They are practically only 3 points behind Spurs (6 points with a game in hand), so they can still, hopefully, do it.

Yeh, the kid was on debut and he might have been over eager to impress....but that tackle was just shocking

Really feel bad for that young Newcastle defender, he was only on the pitch for 8 minutes (due to a prior injury to Debuchy) when that horrific tackle occured.

Hopefully that Wigan player gets a long suspension.
