Arsenal actually have balance and a proper midfield.

Yep and shows what a difference it makes. I cant see us finishing above them unless some miracle occurs where we win many on the bounce and they lose. Know time to go but they look solid. We really don't.

And we play them next week yipeeeee...drop points then it's 13 gap.

I think its safe to say failure to get a result next week against them will caused a massive, massive uproar.

Not really....our record at home against recently hasn't been great. Last 4 league games we lost 3

They're flying high and we're not. Play/defend like yesterday and doubt it'll be a amazing result

It's Arsenal. At home.

If we see more stinker performances when this lot should be giving 110%, sell the lot.

Yeahhh.. we lost 4-2 to them at home last season so maybe not that scoreline this time?

That time there was mitigating circumstances, we were juggling multiple competitions while they in the three and a half months prior only had the league to bother about.

Next week we will have had 8 days off (effectively as we can half arse Wednesday) while they have today and have a top spot to play for Thursday. No excuses.

Essentially why these players deserve every ounce of torment they get from fans if they perform at their usual levels and we drop points.

These fuckwits can go about throwing every manager under the bus. It's about time the fans lay it on them. They are the real problem.

Yep, I actually was relieved they lost to PSV in week as now some of the players from their best 11 will start Thursday. If they had won that and had been guaranteed top spot, I genuinely was fearing next Sunday but now with them needing to guarantee top spot and Saka getting injured today gives me more hope. Albeit Nelson stepped up in his absence and scored 2 and assisted. Perfect game though to motivate us to get some form back and revenge against a bogey team in recent seasons.

Even if they somehow miraculously rise to the occasion, we know in a few weeks time the same players will dish out the same inconsistent performances.

No cause here is the beauty of it. After Arsenal we have City in the cup midweek then Newcastle then World Cup! Didn't think would welcome the break but now...

Absolute mindfuck considering how the tables were turned the opposite way this time last year. We were on top and they were in the mud.

Fuck the UK government that basically shot us at point blank to kill our prospects this season.
