Tottenham are a good side but them winning when the pressure is off is so typical. Feels very Arsenal-ish in fact. When the pressure is on, when the spotlight is on them (e.g. West Ham away), they cannot handle it. They have faltered so many this time when that pressure/spotlight is on them - Champions League group stage, Europa League R32, FA Cup semis - but of course, journalists and pundits conveniently ignore the failings because Spurs apparently play the best football in the league.

Oh wow..local team Luton just lost the play off in the last second..then again they never shouldve gotten a penalty..must be horrible though! All that work and off you go again

FA applied a rule from next season, that any player caught diving will be given a two match ban. Time to leave the PL, Costa.

I don't like this rule. Just another area where the FA can be inconsistent in.

True but at least imo it will deter diving. There is no perfect solution but at least they are doing something

This is a bit from the Guardian from the Spurs match last night. It just makes zero sense but the media have been wanking themselves blind over Tottenham especially Harry Kane who you need subtitles to understand he sounds like a drunk Jamie Oliver. Still coming second for Spurs is glory I suppose.

Spurs cannot catch Chelsea but they have no intention of stopping their glory hunt.

We all know what Spurs are and how they always fall short, it's what they do.

But Harry Kane's finishing is sublime, those goals last night were brilliantly taken. The problem for Spurs is there is already noise that some of their big names want out, and the likes of us, City and United will spend big. Like what was said last night it will be hard for them to buy much better than they have already.

Var will require further testing to clear all the details. Let's say we use it just for offside for now. What happen when a cross came in it was offside but defender clear the ball but to opponents who is onside, and the guy score. Is the goal valid?

Rubbish. Bring technology first.

This rule means that if you dive (like Rashford did vs Swansea) but get a penalty you don't get two-match ban.

If you don't dive but get a yellow card for diving, you get two-match ban.

Don't forget Liverpool's triumph, it wasn't that long ago Dalglish & Liverpool were a wiz in Europe. Huge club.
