Twitter has already been running a trend to boycott sky sports since the news broke this morning and it's well into the thousands.Sky Sports News have also been bombarded with tweets and e mails from football fans expressing their disgust and disaproval at Neville's appointment.

I just saw him on Sky sports earlier defending Rooney about the swearing. What happens when he's commentating on a anure game and they concede? Will he have his little hissy fit like he did when Rooney missed against us in the league game?
