Dion 2,476
Just feel like opening a window and jump out of it. Keep on feeling like crap every day.On the bright side, at least your NT didn't get thrashed twice in a row Go exercise, it's going to release endorphin and serotonin in your blood flow and stimulate dopamine production and you will feel better. In addition it's good for your health. Take a pair of sneakers and go jogging in a park. If you do it under daylight it's also going to make you produce vitamin D. The lack of vitamin D has been linked to depression by some researchers. Take some earplugs and listen to your favourite songs while you do all that, will help you relax and have a good time. Exercising will also improve other body functions like sleeping pattern etc.Oh, and have that hug with @The_flash, human contact never hurts, specially with the opposite sex edit: wtf, I wrote roll instead of row. As for the advice, well, it would be nice if I'm an outdoor person but unfortunately, I'm the opposite of that. And 'this thing' has been banging inside my head for awhile now. Trying to solve obviously but it's annoying and silly at the same time.

Whenever I stay home for long periods whether by laziness or any other motive I start getting depressed. Going out, exercising, seeing other people, interacting with them always makes me feel better. However, as an indoor and shy person myself, I do it with parsimony and moderation.

CHOULO19 24,332
Absolutely ecstatic. If Michael Ballack emerges from the crowd to lift the cup, this would be the best day in my life! :')

He had his chance and he missed it...I know we all like Ballack (although after I met him in Munich and he was being arrogant and rude with the Chelsea fans, I lost my fanatism towards him), but he an eternal runner-up! EBH 283
Fabulous! Passed my first year exams for law . Treating myself with a trip to Amsterdam at the end of the month Is there actually anything to do in Amsterdam other than engaging in hedonistic pleasures and pursuing alternative lifestyles? It seems to be portrayed outside of Europe as nothing more than a good place to party, but surely that can't be the case.

Jase 43,479
Getting a good advice about something is just so hard and rare these days. So many generic answers are given and it's worse when they are ones that you can even tell yourself. It's like people just resort to cliche because the 'case' seems so common that they don't even try to understand things deeper and where that person is coming from. Just bloody depressing.
