Ok, then good bye. I don't know how can he speak like this. It's disgusting, if I work anywehere then I try to enjoy it, and if they fire me, then I could be sad....

....

exactly what Zan said.

A respectful man, unlike the low class of Mourinho. He might be a good coach, but brings bad image.

While Carlo, well i have heard a lot of neutrals said they like Chelsea more because of this man.

You expect him to go in the corner and sob?

There will be clubs lining up for his services. He knows it. One poor season don't make him a bad manager. The man has dignity , class and above all humility to accept what comes his way and get on with life.

RESPECT!!!

He has gained many admirers for his dignity and grace , He will be able to walk away with his head held high ,,,,while the cowards skulk in the boardroom. Another good man we have treated badly.

ANCELOTTI: ONE LAST PERFORMANCE

Suggestive eyebrows.gif

Its hard to believe that over the years people have dedicated their lives to the club, Such as Matthew Harding, Ted Drake, Peter Osgood, and you spout out the shite like you did in this thread, bitching and moaning because we didn't win anything in one season, Why don't you support your local team? Your a disgrace to what our club stands for.

I never said Ancelotti should be sacked "because we didnt won anything in one season".

I'll ignore you, because you are not worth my time, but when you talk to me try to not use this kind of offensive words.

I don't want to sound too defensive, but everything went against Ancellotti this season.

1. Crap summer transfer window after the typical shenanigans the Board put up. Then they had to pay for it BIG TIME in winter. Hopefully they learned their lesson this time.

2. His father passed away in October (but he came back in 4 days to beat Arsenal and show his COMMITMENT). Then the Board fired Wilkins just a month after.

3. The aging forward line collapsed, and Lampard and Benayoun were out probably because the medical team screwed them up.

Of course, Ancellotti should've done better when the team was down, but instead he got really frustrated.

That part really worries me, but still I don't think too many managers would've been able to cope with that kind of situation (maybe SAF and Hiddink?) and it's not fair to belittle his achievements last year (THE BEST IN THE CLUB'S HISTORY) and say he's just not good enough.

And it's not like the next guy we bring in will be perfect or anything just cuz so many guys before him weren't. Go to a casino with that kind of attitude and you'll lose all your money, house, cat, wife and children.

Chelsea FC had it's best season under Ancelotti. Everybody happy, we call him KING CARLO.

Next year, the team collapses a little and we win nothing, but we have a great perspective. Anyway, some of us start bitchin'. If it's not because of the lack of trophies, then what is it?

Maybe some of us should stop feeling offended when people call them "glory hunters"...

What i find hilarious is some people actually think Hiddink will have us dominating English football.

It could happen but is no means set in stone, if he is superman why are Turkey struggling to rub 2 goals together why could he not get Russia to the world cup? How do you know if we went on a bad run under him he wont be walking around the touchline wondering what to do?

Same with Jose you only need to look at the cock up's we made late in the 06/07 season that cost us the title and the match at Anfield in the champions league to realise he aint superman either but did any fan criticize Jose? no because they had too much respect for the back to back titles well Carlo has made mistakes this season but he wont the fucking double so show him some respect.

Gunna copy this and ive got a feeling ill be pressing paste sooner rather than later.

It's just the case of big egos. Some people here think that everything their small brain cells generate turn into gold, hardly works that way. There is absolutely no guarantee that the next manager will be more successful that Carlo, and frankly it is hard to better him after his feats. Sincerely hope the board sees it this way and actually has a long term vision.

Anybody who wants Carlo out, please explain to me who you would want to replace him. Because it baffles me to think that there is better managers out there who are available at this present time. Carlo respects our club as much as he did Milan if not more. He does his job without disrespecting anyone and keeps himself focused on his job and his job only. Yes we had a bad season and no body is denying that but for fuck sake we have had a lot worse.

We had a bad run during the middle half of the season but look at the problems we had around the club. Stupid scenarios behind the scene where they let go a Chelsea legend in Ray Wilkins instead of fixing the issues. Instead of investing in players at the start of the season, we were left with a shortened squad for half of it and had to spend big in the winter transfer window which ended up costing a lot more for two class players.

At the end of the day if we let go of Carlo, we will struggle to find a quality replacement manager anyway. Hiddink won the FA Cup while he was with us but he was only here for a handful of games. His knowledge of the Premier League is not better then Carlo's. Benitez is just a twat lets be honest. Please explain to me who is a better candidate for his job......

If this club lets Ancelotti go, they will lose a lot of respect from everyone including myself.

Mate, I've already stated this point, so I'll explain it shortly. We don't need a better coach than Carlo, we need a coach with certain abilities. It isn't because we hire a better manager than Ancelotti that he will do a better job, and vice versa. The same goes for players. For instance, Berbatov is better than Hernandez, though it's the bulgarian who's on the bench and it's the mexican who is a hit. Know what I mean ?

Completely Agree , there are no perfect managers out there , even Ferguson has had his bad seasons and the great Jose Mourinho couldn't over turn Barca's dominance.

With Ancelotti the whole who is available thing comes up time and time again and unless someone like boas ( i like him because he is young and has fresh ideas which i just what we need) who has already stated he will be staying at Porto i say we should stick with Carlo , at least for next season anyway he was given three years let him prove himself next season.

I'm not defending nor attacking Carlo, but:

1. He said that we don't need more players in the summer and that 5 youngster, who later went on loan and basically didn't play (except for Josh), will be enough.

2. He did come back to screw Arsenal after his father died.

3. Firing Wilkins, Drogba's malaria or Lampard's injury shouldn't be excuses to why we played so poor, it's just one man and 2 players. If a big club like Chelsea depends on only 2 players than there's something wrong.

4. The team was unmotivated and same players with "don't care" attitude played each game every week.

5. We can't say that our United's chase was thanks to Carlo, but to certain players who just had their form.

6. We were playing same old 4-3-3 whether things were going fine or not and don't tell me that it's just the way it is in Chelsea because with players of that quality, used rightly, we could and should have play in other way.

7. Wether it was him or the board good signing were made this season with likes of Luiz, Ramires, Torres with two of them luring Neymar.

8. We did change our image a little bit because of his calm attitude and gentleman being.

9. Poor subs were made and I can't think of 10 games where they would make any difference.

10. Both Roman and players like Carlo but I think they don't fear him enough to listen to what he says, especially players.

11. Despite Josh and Sturridge our youngsters had poor loans and it seems we'll lose Cork who could be a future legend, we didn't give chance to youngsters.

12. This is our transitional season and players are old, but if that's excuse than we could've bought more young players in the summer instead of going with smallest squad in the league for the season.
