LDN Blue 7,903
JOSE MOURINHO insists he's heading back to the Premier League. The 'Special One' lifted the Premier League title with Chelsea in 2005 and now wants to "rediscover the joy" of managing in England.Speculation is growing about his future at Real Madrid after reports of a strained relationship with president Jorge Valdano. And Mourinho has refused to confirm he'll be in Spain next season.Last night he paved the way for his return by confirming: "I've decided to return to England. I have nothing prepared about my future - I just want to be happy in my work."I have no preferences about Manchester United, Manchester City or Chelsea. I just want to redicover the joy."I'm not saying the Premier League is the most spectacular in the world but it is the best organised... the fair play and the enormous respect for your opponent."http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3373643/Jose-Mourinho-insists-hes-heading-back-to-the-Premier-League.htmlSo I put the question to all of you, would like to see Mourinho or Ancelotti at Chelsea next season? BlueLion. 21,491
Mourinho is a short-term manager. He comes in, radicalises the squad and wins things. Then he goes elsewhere.Ancelotti is a long-term coach, who needs to be given time to build something, like Sir Alex has done time and time again at United. After 498 managers over the last ten years or so, some continuity is exactly what we need - and for another five/six years, Carlo can supply that. I can't guarantee we'll win many trophies during these years, but we can build for the future and then dick everyone over and win the Quadruple in a decade's time (wishful thinking I know, but at least we can make something fantastic!) Swoopz 183
Mourinho will go to either City, United, or Liverpool. I'd love to see him here and manage a different team, just so we can beat the snot out of them.

Fulham Broadway 17,331
IF Mourinhos comments are true, I'd say he's angling for Citeh or Redfaces shoes. His ego, and Abramovichs is such that returning to the Bridge would be like Jesus resurrecting and haunting Pilate. The media attention would be so intense, and some would be reflected on the 'introverted' Abramovich, and he would not have it. So in a nutshell, no chance. Alee. 182
Agree with Bluelion, even if JM does end up here, who's to say he wont leave the next season if he wins the Champions League. Would rather have a long-term solution, which we do in Carlo.
eldo 868
I would rather have SFL as our next manager.
Steve 10,227
If Carlo was to get sacked i would love to have him back. That said its the last thing i want to see, we need stability at the club. Ancelotti is going to take us forward and he needs a good assistant next to him to help him. The man is very knowledgeable and knows his football but if he is not backed by the owner and other back room staff then we are going to go no where. Plus you can see that the players are very close to Carlo and all this would do is bring more disruption at the club and it is the last thing we need. Madmax 9,219
The past is the past. I hope people don't start clamouring for Jose's return. Give your gaffer some respect.
Term-X 7,891
He will stay at Madrid until he brings them the Champions league. When he does return, he will no longer be interested in moving around. He will become a long term manager, because he's pretty much done it all now. He's too big for the French & German leagues, which only leaves international football. ZanSnake 1,211
Carlo is the man for me.He has inherited another mans tools and hasn't really had the chance to carve his own work into the squad, hopefully he can in the summer. He was brought here for stability, and because of that reasoning i can't see Mourinho at SB again. Maybe in 2012, if Carlo decides not to sign an extention, it could be possibilty, but only if Roman doesn't have a problem with it. Mourinho looks set to be the next Portugal boss after his Madrid stint, and if Man Utd win the league once again and SAF actually stays true to his word and fucks off, maybe he would leave for Old Trafford. Hope not. But it is all maybe's.

Jose' will become a long term manager for the next club he joins, Guaranteed.
