Plus we're getting Schurrle so that blows the £100 million figure away.Well it is Porto, who are a pain in the ass to deal with as we know. That is his release clause, he is worth imo around £20m max but we will have to pay that extra because Porto don't negotiate anymore nowadays, they just want the release clause paid like Hulk, Falcao, James. This guy is the difference between fighting for title and just settle for 3rd place. And don't even bring up the fact we are better than those 5 teams I just mention because we ARE NOT, EVEN WITH JOSE. How can you say Hazard is better when Cavani has never signed for us? Aguero, Benzema, Tevez, David Villa, Falcao...All of these were linked to us and we didn's sign any of them because of the same old money issue. Just do it, aren't we a top club? Why are we afraid to spend big now? If we deemed these players too expensive then why on Earth did other teams willing to pay those prices?SO WE MUST GO ALL OUT AND GET THIS GUY, no other choice if we want to compete seriously next season. Remember, he is the last top class striker available left this summer. Lewan, Rooney, Suarez will not join us. Falcao already left. Gomez, Dzeko and Jovetic are not good enough. But for me is simple. If Chelsea does not want to spend the release clause or more, then some other team will. Nothing too hard to understand about that.
