dUMB 189
The players in the main kept a lid on it. Unlike in 1990. .... That was just few months before Croatian war of independence... and all the things that happened that day on Maksimir Stadium wasn't related to any football topic...P.S. Croatia B team lost 2-1 against Argentina, and Aguero scored with hand...I'm suprised that we lost only 2-1 with our B team Fulham Broadway
Atlas Lion 1,223
Pathetic how we dropped out of the ACON due to Ebola reasonings. Our national side has no incentive and probably won't reach another world cup in my lifetime.
Jase 43,479
Calma. It's friendly match. He said before that he will resign if the lose against Latvia.Yeah but it's not helping his position when he keeps on losing matches, friendly or not. iceboy

Our national side has no incentive and probably won't reach another world cup in my lifetime. What is even more amusing is that Morocco is still hosting the club world cup next month. You'd think they wouldn't want any people coming in if they were so worried about Ebola, but it is what it is.Sad times for Moroccan football. Viper22 2,418
Haha it's like a compulsion. They get investigated by a guy who isn't independent anyway and wasn't allowed to investigate the claims fully. And he essentially clears them of corruption (wrongly in most people's opinions, but whatever) but criticises them for a few things and then they publish his findings and edit all of the possibly bad things out of it to such an extent that the guy himself comes out and calls foul. This current incarnation of the organisation is the most rotten, corrupt, despicable that football has ever or will ever see. And Blatter is the ugly, moronic head of it. How much longer can it go on? Will/can anyone do anything about it short of boycotting the world cups? (Currently not sure that'd be the worst idea ever, especially if USA, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands and a few others came with us. That would definitely force sponsors to pull out, and it seems the only way to hurt FIFA is to hit their pockets. So that might be the only solution.
