Amblève. 4,995
Hiya my fellow hipster!Hello. Why he's a fellow Scot - that's the last person I would want to bite their head off! Why the insult? Though, I'm rather pale. But that's probably the only Scottish thing about me.[stingray mode] Oh, and I've got my very own Nessie, if you know what I mean [/stingray mode] Stingray

Spike 12,049
I was going to take into account your opinion, but then I remembered you dislike Tarantino Tarantino is pretty average. Great at dialogue and style but not much else, I know what he does in his work, but he is too derivative sometimes; to the point that his movies are exactly the same as the ones he derives his influences from. Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction are the only great films he has made. Kill Bill was good. Inglourious Basterds is one of the worst films I've ever seen, same with Grindhouse and Deathproof. Didn't care much for Jackie Brown and the other one too.If his catalogue contained only Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction I'd consider him a great of cinema. That is how much I hate the movie Inglourious Basterds. And don't worry man, I've seen them all about 10 times, 20 times for Pulp Fiction, so I do know what I'm talking about. Nevertheless, Inglorious Basterds had some genious dialogues and scenes. The intro being the best one - when nazis are looking for jews in France. Strike 7,509
Exam season all over the world? May really is a shit month. I'm done with my exams tomorrow although it's merely a formality now. Why do courses rely so much on theory? Everyone says you need to learn things, understand things but in the end, theoretical knowledge is also given so much importance. that is fucked up imo. Theory is just remembering a bunch of stuff and shitting it out during exams Amblève.

The intro being the best one - when nazis are looking for jews in France.I know. I said that. What I said was that it makes Quentin Tarantino a worse director for it. Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs will always be great no matter what, Tarantino on the otherhand will not always be great. As a director he really is only a good as his last film. I haven't seen Django yet and the last three films of his I watched I hated them...Grindhouse, Deathproof and Basterds.
