iseah100 5,612
Mou loves him, that would mean a lot to any player. Ultimate squad player, can do a bit of everything. We shouldn't sell him unless someone offers £30m+
Bir_CFC 3,455
If he's starting every match then I'd want an upgrade possibly but as a squad player he's invaluable. Plus he loves Chelsea. He won't leave unless we want him to leave, which I don't see happening. The Skipper and Barbara
Jase 43,479
I think Carlo/RM is serious about getting Ramires....I can see this being a Jose vs board decision... Are really people still going with that nonsense?Have they not seen that Mourinho and the board are now working together in tandem, in one direction? MrBlueGuy 1,552
Has he actually ever been injured for a long period during his 4 years here? I can't ever remember him declared as not available due to injury, maybe a couple of game but that is as far as it goes, never more than a week. Suspension on the other hand... jmarlow 458
Ramires will be a key player for us on sunday if he is fit as Jose will most likely put him on Di Maria, who imo is United's only serious threat
Blue Armour 4,446
Could have really used him today...United had more control over the midfield than they should have. Styles and killer1257

DH1988 1,348
Rami is required in big games, I know Oscar has played well lately but I would of much preferred to see Rami-Cesc-Matic midfield against United. killer1257
stroey 2,525
Jose Mourinho believes Ramires being available again is a huge boost for Chelsea.“It’s very important for us,” said the Blues boss.“Tactically he is good, he can play in many positions and has intensity.“He is a guy who is dangerous when attacking, good in defensive transition and has a fantastic engine to drop back and to press.“He’s an important player for us, and a balance between technical players and players like Ramires I think is fundamental to our squad.”http://www.westlondonsport.com/chelsea/mourinho-explains-why-ramires-return-is-so-important-for-chelsea-wls-football LAB
The Chels 2,502
“He’s an important player for us, and a balance between technical players and players like Ramires I think is fundamental to our squad.” at least Mourinho acknowledges Ramires' limitations (which I didn't think was ever going to happen last year!). He's basically just someone for the big games which makes sense as his energy can be useful and the Matic-Fabregas duo is more than good enough against smaller teams. bababoom and The Skipper
