Blueboy 14
:goodpost:I think Malouda and Zhirkov got totally owned by Maicon.:pwned:Our defense has been much worse this season but we looked like we didn't have any plan in our attack. Both our Subs were invisible. Also Carlo has to show some emotion, really cant stand it when he looks like he doesnt give a shit (although i feel like he is very, very, very pissed off from the inside, his look is lethal. But still some emotion would be good i think, dont want him to look like Grant -.-).Kalou had on good dribble, Cole didnt have any, and indeed together they were invisible.Btw, i thoughy the pitch was totally horrible today, looked like they played a rugby match on it before the game started

Kostas 1,468
no, no, no, accoring to king tx, a non-glory hunting dedicated fan. ww We must moan about a trophyless season. We may still be in the pl and fa cup, but it is well known that psychic tx knows we will lose the pl, and the fa cup is not a big enough brand for Chelsea ltd.If we end up with just the FA Cup,it'll only prove Mourinho right.I keep winning the important stuff, they keep winning something..His words will haunt us Edited March 16, 2010 by Kostas

kakuta44 16
well first of all i would like to congratulate intermilan as they deserved it more and no one can deny the man who made the difference in this match was the special one (jose mourinho ) as he said it was both of his teams playing against each other ... he picked who should win .....offcourse the refree wasnt the best and inter's player were aggressive and were falling around but we should know better some people think its not fair to play like that but back when we used to do it in mourinho's days i didnt feel it was unfair at all .....again inter deserved to progress and we didnt .. yes may be if kalou had his penalty in the 1st leg. it would have made a big difference and yes we should have been awarded a penalty today but that simply wasnt the real eason behind our big disappointment .... its because simply they wanted it more and they have absolutely shown that on the pitch every player of theirs were doing their best with each and every ball they were fighting but we didnt fight back ......our players lacked the motivation inter had and i certainly blame ancelloti for that offcourse they should be self motivated and they ae big players but every manager should prepare his players mentally before games like that .....as i have said before this is not ancelloti chosen squad as he was forced to play some players that i think he didnt want but he had to because he had no other options like ballack joe cole anelka mikel and offcourse zhirkov and turnbull because of injuries ...certainly i think all of the Chelsea fans would love to see big changes next season we need joe cole anelka kalou deco feriera belleti out ASAP they are useless shit ...... but there are 3 players that have been always criticized by the fans and imo are doing a good job not the best but they are doing thier best they are ballack mikel and carvahlo .... ballack plays a very important role in our midfield he is the glue that holds the team together yes may be he is very slow rightnow and may be he cant even make a decent sprint but his tactical abilities and his movement on the pitch is super i think we all noticed how we missed him when he was changed .....mikel shouldnt be compared to essien because essien is the best DM itm if wanna compare him compare him with the likes of song mascherano and carick they are all big names but mikel is as good as anyone of them certainly he needs to improve his game but i think he is working on that carvahlo is the same case as ballack ... he is not the same carvahlo but he relies on his experience and awareness and for me he has been doing a very good job this season .....so stop blaming our defence because when you play an attacking mind football as we do right now you will certainly be exposed if your offence cant pressure the opponents defenders and get you some goals to make the opponent struggle thats what inter did today thier defence as a line isnt so solid as it looked sometimes but you can see how we struggled to get the ball to our forward with ease ......finally we have a lot of injuries and we really are missing a.cole and essien but cech .... i didnt miss him as turnbell was great tonight ..... i really hope that i am gonna miss anelka joe cole belleti and feriera soon ... Badboy 1,526
I have never seen us lack determination, drive, and a will to win like we did today. That little dutch playmaking wizard found holes in our team like a knife going through a lovely slobe of dutch cheese. Eto'o is a player that must be watched for 90+ mins because his pace and movement.

The Big Drog 1,110
Its a bitter pill to swallow for the fans , player , management and owner in particular. The aim this season was Champions League glory , thats why Ancelotti was drafted in , thats what RA has always aspired to.In a season where Barcelona do not look the unstopable force that they did last season , where Man Utd have been weakened , where Arsenal cant beat a big side and where Real Madrid imploded again , many felt this was the season for Chelsea to win the Champions League.I think tonight was the beginning of the end for this Chelsea side. We already know Deco is leaving , we know Belletti is leaving , we know Joe Cole could be on his way out. I think during the Summer and continuing on into next season the rebuilding process must begin. Alex surely has to become the first choice centre back to partner Terry. Ballack should not start games. It was again obvious that tonight what was lacking was legs in midfield ( Essien ) and no creativity to break down a stubborn Inter defence , thats where RA now , after seeing his side fall at such an early hurdle , must invest in this side again. On the game , Inter were good and their tactics were well put together. The major problem was again was a lack of pace and drive in midfield. Im sorry but a midfield trio of Mikel , Ballack and Lampard is not gonna win you a Champions League because none of those players are workhorses and I think its a sorry state of affairs that the midfield goes to shreds the moment Essien goes down with an injury. I thought Anelka was poor again tonight , I would not say no to a top young striker joining the club in the Summer. The word to sum up tonight was disappointing , disappointing for players , fans , management and owner but its how the club handle this disappointment that will define the route the club takes going into the future. Tonight should serve as a wake up call to the hierarchy of Chelsea , that call being that while this Chelsea side has been a truly great side in every sense of the word , its time to begin the evolution of the team and for the rebuilding process to begin. Shane 2,275
Inter were fantastic tonight, There defence was outstanding. Hats off to Lucio, One of the all time great Champions League performances.I find comfort in the fact we were outplayed, and the ref didn't screw us. Inter were the better team, We didn't show up, Thats knockout football. We thought we had the tie one, Its not Carlo's fault, Its the ego's. John Terry is a fucking knob, Trying to get involved in every little fight, Fuck off and shag someone elses wife you cunt. Lampard was poor, He went missing. Our defence played well though, Alex was outstanding.
Kez 2,727
Tbh I was pretty certain Inter would knock us out. But i'm still gutted.I didn't see the game tonight but from what i've heard we didn't turn up and the better team won.Fair play to jose for not celebrating got so much respect for that man and he's shown us respect there.I've given up all hope in this competition tbh I don't think it will ever be for Chelsea to win the CL.All eyes can focus on the league now. No excuses not to win it. We are good enough & Arse and Man u still have the CL as a distraction.League and cup double is still on.KTF

warnie_666 1,081
Jose Mourinho Claimed everyone knew he never loses at the Bridge. And he proved it. Ironically, he is the Only manager to beat us at the Bridge after Rijkaard's Barcelona side 4 years back in the Champions League.10 reasons why we lost the tie:1. The Refs as usual had to fuck up somewhere. Kalou's penalty in the first tie should have been a red for Samuel. And Samuel Rugby Tacklles Drogba in the box. How can that not be a penalty?2. Jose Mourinho's tactics to break Chelsea's play in the midfield. For 90 mins I just couldnt see the flow in the game.3. Walter Samuel and Lucio playing at their best together dominated Drogba like no one did.4. Missing important players like Ashley Cole and Essien. Essien would have had that Dutch playmaker in his back pocket.5. Mikel failed to stop Wesley Sneijder. He was the man making Inter Play.6. Lampard, Anelka and Ballack were totally ineffective. Absolutely 0 performance. Ballack should be sent out packing. 7. Joe Cole came in and failed to show up. Hardly did anything. Kalou has been our best impact player and should have been on instead of Joe Cole.8. Ancelloti tactics failing to impress. Drogba was bullied by two defenders and he should have put Anelka in the centre to free Drogba up. He failed. Instead through we were playing 4-3-3.9. We failed to take our chances at Inter Milan and now we rue them. It doesnt matter if you were the better team. Winning is important.10. Terry's affair off field. Ever since that affair popped up, Terry has lost his form and allowed Milito that crucial first goal at Inter.I wouldnt blame Ancelloti. He isnt a fucking Magician. Its true that he has been brought to win the UCL, but he needs some time to settle in with this team. Mourinho was kicked out of the Champions League by Sir Alex last season. Give Ancelloti some time. Those who have harsh words for Ancelloti, need to fuck off. He will win us the league and I am confident about that and that in itself would be a great accomplishment for a manager in his first season. And may be in a year or two, he will get us the Champions League. If some of you cant wait for it, go support Barcelona. warnie_666 1,081
No offence Steve but neither were you mate. If you compare our side, which is reasonably the same, to the side that knocked out Liverpool under Hiddink last year, its like comparing Apples and Oranges. The manager has a massive influence on every aspect of the teams performance. From tactics and game plan right down the confidence building. The reason we were so good under Jose was because he instilled a confidence within the team that made them feel invincible..Instead of our defenders thinking "Oh shit ,oh shit i have to stop this guy from scoring" they were thinking "Once i stop this guy from scoring i will pass it to such and such" We where always thinking one move ahead.. We saw shades of that under Hiddink but haven't seen a Shred of it under Carlo. The entire team has just changed. Lampard is probably playing his worst season in 8 years. Joe Cole has become a nothing player, Anelka is on a different planet, Carvalho has lost all confidence that any person could have and Ballack is so far over his head that he looks 10 feet tall.Mourinho had 3 chances to win us the Champions League after spending millions.. He didnt win it. Ancelloti has had one chance that too with a team that he never built. So whats all the Ancelloti bashing about? Wait till the end of the season. We have a great chance of winning the league. No midweek games and our players being fresh for weekend Premier League matches would be a great advantage. I would be happy with a Domestic Double.I agree you part on Lampard, in the last month or two his performances have gone down considerably. Joe cole for 30 mins hardly touched the ball.Time to get rid of the dead wood. The team has stagnated. We need young legs, fresh legs. Pjanic and Aguero wpu;d do the job for me while Kakuta and Matic along with Bruma could start playing more in the first team in place of Deco, Ballack and Carvalho.
