BleedsBlue 1,549 Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 I was very impressed with RDM's tactics.He picked a young side and more importantly gave Lukaku and Hutchinson their first start.Plus he also showed faith in Turnbull by giving him a start.Most managers would have dropped him after the Liverpool game but not RDM.This man believes in his players and allows everyone in the team to contribute.I am glad AVB got him here. He has to be given next season, we won't win the league next year a jump from 6th to 1st just wont happen but he needs to be given a year to show he can progress a team.
