Going back a bit but Jack Cork for example, who Chalobah has a higher ceiling than IMO, would make a great squad player here. He's developed quite well as a player and that's allowed him to get to that level. Chalobah could do the same, he's just not being provided with an opportunity here.

Here's hoping he does well at Napoli because if he does, the club surely have to give him a role in the squad. He's HG. He's club trained as well (for CL).

Please. We have enough talent in midfield with the likes of Chalobah and RLC (as squad players). If we're buying another midfielder let us at least buy a superstar.

I was so happy when Nat scored that goal. Damn.

I always thought he is the most "Chelsea" player of all the players in the Academy. Just because you went through ranks doesn't mean you're so much associated with this club. But Chalobah is, certainly.

Shame that for one spot in midfield, assuming Kante is a starter, we have Fabregas, Mikel, Matic, RLC and Oscar.

Why Oscar? Oscar is gonna be great for us in a 4-2-4 with Kante. Oscar is a really good player when he is being played in the right position and that's CM.

I think he definitely has a future at this club. Should be in the squad as a rotation player. Impressed with him today.
