The Skipper 20,609
Such a brilliant little player. Hopefully he makes the grade here, either at CB as a ball playing CB (Imagine him and Luiz!) or as an industrious midfielder. Go high hopes for this lad. Spike 12,049
I think people shouldn't compare Chalobah to Yaya Touré. Touré is a cunt, Chalobah is not. Bosnian Blue
The only place to be 11,313
I think people shouldn't compare Chalobah to Yaya Touré. Touré is a cunt, Chalobah is not.His brother might be but I like Yaya. I think the comparisons are in their builds but also in that laid-back way they move around the pitch.I'm glad he's staying at Watford but he needs to be given a chance in the summer. If we do get a new manager in then he'll want to assess all the players and I think Chalobah has got a good chance of winning a spot in the squad partly because of what he's shown on loan but also because of his versatility. And if Watford miss promotion (or maybe even if they don't) they can take a couple of other youngsters like Ake or even Feruz. The only place to be 11,313
Starting today against Man City. Be a good chance to gauge just how well he's adjusting. Bosnian Blue and Stats
Stats 7,142
Played 90 mins against the Premiership Champions. Respectable scoreline considering difference between the two teams and he can certainly be proud as an 18 year old playing against the likes of Silva, Tevez etc.
Waterfall 893
I think the best thing for him would be to help Watford get promoted, spend another year there, get used to the PL and come back as a 20 year old. The way he's playing now, we should be able to secure him a loan to a PL side next season.
ja1 1,166
Sounds like he had a good game today. A few City fans on twitter praising him. PL loan next season hopefully, the way he's going.

We shouldn't decide now that he should go on loan next season based on nothing but his birth certificate. Spike and zolayes

We shouldn't decide now that he should go on loan next season based on nothing but his birth certificate.I agree if he's good enough he's old enough. If Chelsea don't go after another midfielder in January, then he has a great shot at competing for a spot next season. Central midfield is about to get real thin in the summer anyways. So who knows. Arsenal gave Wilsher a chance at a young age and Chelsea seem to be headed in that direction with youth. The only place to be
BlueDutchy 63
I don't think we should be focusing on his age too much. If he seems to be ready, and imo he does, why not just try him. If a player looks good enough, I think the age shouldnt be a reason not to try it. There are as many examples that it turned out to be wrong decision as there are that it turned out to be a right one. It differs per player. It doesn't matter how many games he plays at Watford, 40 or 150, it doesn't matter his Chelsea debut is still his Chelsea debut. What he did atWatford will matter little when he is picked at Chelsea for the fist time.

Hutcho 8,443
He is the best on that list, but then he is also probably one of the oldest... Cant wait to see him become a regular with us, i hope he doesn't slip through our fingers and go elsewhere like a lot of young talent we have.
