dont know what the fuss is about.

Have seen him play a few games, then just to be sure, went to youtube and checked the skills and goals videos.... If those videos fail to make a player look better than usual, what am i missing? Is he really good in terms of team contribution, rather than skills?

Dont know enough about the guy to make an objective assessment.

Ever see Roberto Baggio play? A lot of Fioretina fans say Jovetic plays in the exact same style as Baggio.

These are the traits I've noticed about him:

•Acceleration

•Agility

•Dribbling. He has crazy good ball control and dribbles much like Cassano.

•His finishing is fairly good

•His through balls are alright

This is actually the signing i was most excited for after the Hazard deal. Ripe talent in such a pure age.

------------Torres-----------------

--------------------Jovetic----------

----Mata-------------------Hazard--

---------????----Ramires--------

Cole------------------------Ivanovic

----------Luiz-----Cahill-------------

---------------Cech------------------

a decent possibility

Can't see that working too well tbh. If you are going to play with two strikers, even if one is slightly behind the other, you will wingers who can provide natural width.

FIne

-------Torres-------

Josh--Lampard--Meireles

-----Romeu--Mikel------

Were sure to fight with Liverpool for 8th

Don't be soo ridiculous, did I say use all of those in the same team? NO!

Rumour update!

While many rumors circulating about his future, Stevan Jovetic will try to make clear today, and in particular in the coming hours, which might be decisive for whether or not the stay in Florence. According to reports from Gazzetta dello Sport, the viola player would aspire to prestigious goals, which can not guarantee the momentola Fiorentina. In the afternoon we will meet the Montenegrin leadership and technical Montella to clarify the situation, with Juventus and Chelsea ready to take advantage.

I'm pretty confident this guy's off to Juventus.

It would seem that the only 2 strikers that Juventus are really interested in are Cavani and Van Persie. (The board wants Van Persie, Conte wants Cavani.)

However, do you know what the formula for success was last season for Juve?

The fact that they no longer used deadwood and players who were originally bought as a 2nd-choice as their number 1 target didn't join. They will no longer settle for a 2nd-option.

As they cannot get their hands on one of the above 2 strikers this season (Cavani), and it looking unlikely they'll sign Van Persie unless Manchester City drop interest (possible), the board and Conte are reverting to their earlier idea of keeping the misfiring Matri, and instead of adding a new goalscorer, adding a new creator instead to try and fill Del Piero's void if they can't sign one of the above 2.

Jovetic has a release clause of around £23mill I believe. Juventus will either pay that with the money they expect to get from Elia, Krasic, Ziegler, Melo and Iaquinta all being sold, or they will offer a less amount and add Quagliarella as part of the deal.

I'm also hearing now that Chamakh could be joining Fiorentina, but they aren't exactly rolling in cash!

This would support the idea that Jovetic is off to Juve so that they can have a decent amount of transfer money.

Either way, I seriously doubt he's coming to Chelsea. I also doubt we actually even had a strong interest in him to begin with. It was probably just a made-up story in The Sun which gained momentum with other 'sources' picking up on it.

Hope he does well!

Jovetic agent 'in London'

Stevan Jovetic's agent Fali Ramadani has been spotted in London.

Well, he's also Marko Marin's agent. Wouldn't read anything into it.

Not only 2 of them, Ramadani is connected to a lot of players from Balkan. He is also Lazar Markovic's agent.
