Hazard is a winger. So is Mata currently. McEachran, still young. He's not really much of an attacker from what I've seen. He has a good pass on him though, but we need more than that from a CAM. Someone similar to Lampard.

Hazard is a winger but capable of playing in CAM and he even said he prefers to play there. That is another story though. Mata plays out wide before but he does his job best in the CAM role, as we have seen already in this past season. And Lampard is not even a CAM. He is a central midfielder!

I said we can convert him, not saying he is similar. Mata has mostly played on the left for us. Hazard is better as a winger though, deadly pace, can cut in and shoot or cross.

He is fantastic attacking/holding player with lot of ball control, flair and creativity. Smart and mature (unselfish, unsuperstarish etc)

What we need are right winger (Hulk), RB (Azpi) and CM with defensive and creative (passing) abilities.

No, but thats the reason he scores 15+ goals a season. Fair enough this season he has not played CAM a lot, he has been put back into CM but he's our best attacking midfielder.
