Great win, I was in bed fast asleep and was never going to stay up and watch this.

Seen the goals, really pleasing, and I tell you what and I say this quietly but Liam Delap looks the dogs bollocks. Even early on he's leading the line and looking solid, his back to goal play is excellent and his goal last night was just a wonderful finish.

Bring on Benfica, a more than winnable game

I have watched that goal back from Delap, it gets better everytime. He backed into the defender purposely to take him out the game and then in one movement the way he shifts it with his left to feed to his right foot was wonderful. The touch with his left, it's very easy for the touch to be heavy but the weight to set it and then finish was sublime, it catches the keeper flat footed because he takes the shot so early

Promising

Enzo Maresca on Santos and Sarr's debut:

🗣 "They need time. You can see the difference. You can see that they still need time but it was good for them to make their debut."

There was no better place to give Santos a start especially when he was preaching about rotation and the heat. This what pisses me off with Maresca, he contradicts himself all the time and does not help himself.

Yes, it upsets me too.
And I can't stand to see this inventive line-up with the wrong position anymore!!!

I could see by the lineup, it was mix and match.

Good to see Caicedo, Cucurella get a breather for once and Josh got a start.

Would have been great to see more minutes for Santos, at least he got a 25 minute cameo.

The Tunis goalkeeper is one of the worst I have ever come across. None of the goals should have been allowed to happen.

Such low quality.

Fucking hell! lol read it all now!!
