Least we struck gold with Palmer and Gusto, ballers.

Yes, and the cool thing is that they complement each other's game well too: one is very classy who tends to slow down play, while the other is very intense and is always pressing. That right side is evidently our strength atm.
Sterling on paper would also be a good complement to Palmer's strengths, but of course we are talking about City's Sterling, not ours. 😕

Both fullbacks been outstanding defensively. Playing with proper aggression and energy.

Gusto might be the end of Reece at this rate 😂

Cucurella looks a bit too “enthusiastic” though, I worry he will eventually get booked and face red card.

Gusto is amazing indeed!

For me it looks like he’s extremely keen to win his duels and you can see that with how he’s played tonight so far. I mean I’d rather he was doing that than some of the performances he had last season where he looked scared to try tackle or take the ball.

Nothing wrong with aggression and being enthusiastic in duels. In a team that severely lacks it, its refreshing to see the likes of him, Gusto, Enzo & Connor getting right into players. Wee things like that set the tone and gets the crowd going.
