Badboy 1,526
Robinho says: "At first, I wanted to join Chelsea because I wanted to work with Luis Felipe Scolari and become one of the greatest players in the world, play Champions League football and work with other great players. But when I knew Manchester City made an offer, I found out they have lots of money, so I went there instead to bag myself a shit load of money every week so I can be a filthy stinking rich bastard!" It was not his fault cj !
chrismada9 1,948
Well, if you were offered a £200,000 a week wage, you wouldn't want to turn it down despite saying previously that you had a heart set on a move elsewhere to begin with Edited September 2, 2008 by CJ Revo
chelseapaul 0
Anyone else find it ironic that the player we sold off to make room, is now playing alongside the player he made room for??!!
Elliott 7
Well, if you were offered a £200,000 a week wage, you wouldn't want to turn it down despite saying previously that you had a heart set on a move elsewhere to begin with So what are you even criticising him for if you freely admit you'd do the same? But as Badboy intimated, I'm certain Robinho would have joined Chelsea, our squad, and Champions League football if he was given the chance. warnie_666 1,081
Well, if you were offered a £200,000 a week wage, you wouldn't want to turn it down despite saying previously that you had a heart set on a move elsewhere to begin with Where did you learn this 200000 pounds a week wage.? Link please. And it wasnt his fault. Madrid never wanted us to have him hence they laboured the talks to the last day. And Robinho's move to Manc City was out of despearation. It was either be in madrid and take the boos or goto manc city. No move to Chelsea for you.
.Cee 50
http://www.mcfc.co.uk/mcfc/splashpage/stan...=23968&bg=1 Does this make you feel sick?? lol Robinho to earn £200,000 a week at Man City! What a complete farce football has turned out to be! I have seriously no interest in it whatsoever now! Fucking Twat. Yeah there was no way he could stay at Madrid after saying he wanted to leave, Madrid would do anything to stop him coming to Chelsea cause we pissed him off. Man City come in with a last minute bid forcing him to go there. Gutted Robinho says: "At first, I wanted to join Chelsea because I wanted to work with Luis Felipe Scolari and become one of the greatest players in the world, play Champions League football and work with other great players. But when I knew Manchester City made an offer, I found out they have lots of money, so I went there instead to bag myself a shit load of money every week so I can be a filthy stinking rich bastard!" Guess this is how other fans feel when we signed their targets, huh?

Jessman 9
I'm not happy, just like every other Avid Chelsea supporter, but think about it, Chelsea are portrayed as the "Glory Club" who gets everyone they want, missing out on this Robhinio deal kind of cuts it down just a tad, I for one don't like my Club being looked at a bunch of Glory Seekers, it is only Healthy to loose deals, we can't alway's get what we want. Fulham Broadway 17,333
His press conference at Real Madrid raised alarm bells for me -not just the gangsta rap reverse baseball cap bowlocks, but he seemed slightly loopy. Overated as well. Pele thinks hes a bit mental http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/...--Football.html He is getting slated from many sides at the moment, and you can see why. But he had no option in reality, he forced himself into a corner and was then left with only city as an option. Not sure if that is because we wouldn't raise our offer or if Madrid wouldn't deal with us though.

The piper calls the tune, money talks etc -just so they get their commission. We might have had a lucky escape....

Gianfranco_Z 202
Why do we care, I'm pleased for one we havent been taken for a ride, We didnt pay over the odds for an over priced player and i'm glad. at the end of this I can give Kenyon a bit more respect. We will be respected, and We will not be taken the piss out of by Madrid.
Elliott 7
y isnt anyone at Chelsea coming out to clarify the situation of robinho? What's there for them to clarify? Robinho has nothing to do with us. He was Real Madrid's player before and is Manchester City's player now.
