If Abramovich were here, Fabregas becoming a manager would be a bigger certainty.

But then again, if Abramovich were here, we wouldn't be having a no-name manager at the helm.

Hope that alleged leaked news about Finklestein was fake. If they really are looking at 'data' and saying that the coach has little impact on the team, then we'll be stuck with yes man Rosenior for a while.

At least until match going fans raise a stink in the stadium and force the situation like they did with Potter.

The worrying thing is that if those quotes are real - which I believe they are as it screams of everything this ownership group seem to think.

Any coach daft enough to speak to them about the job could just turn around & say well you don’t believe a coach has a big impact on the team so why would I take the job?

That guy coming out with such nonsense to a fan group has effectively belittled Rosenoir’s role even more also. And it was already an appointment that had raised a huge amount of questions & reeked of cronyism. Like most things at this club & Strasbourg under BlueCo.

As usual, everything at this club, always more questions than answers.

🗯💥According to several sources close to Chelsea, serious concerns are emerging internally about the ability of Liam Rosenior to lead the sports project in the long term.

Some influential figures would even believe that Rosenior may no longer be in office next season.

Someone at Chelsea should have a word with Liam Rosenior. Consider your reputation. If the huddle is mind games, new-age bonding or designed to wind up the opposition, whatever, it's not very effective. It’s hardly the Haka. Chelsea lost. At home.

And here we go with the 'internal noises' wasn't going to be long nor is it any surprise, he's a PE teacher way out of his depth an average squad, average team and mid club.

Just awful

It just shows that everything is done without any kind of criteria. There’s no logic, planning, or even the slightest consistency in the decisions — it’s all random and a result of sheer incompetence.

That's what amateur business people do with any thought what so ever, it's a cheap sticking plaster that we will also see with transfers come this summer again. Buy cheap buy twice....We all know what we need, top class GK, top class CB and top CF, we will not get any of them, it will be Penders for the keeper position at very best, or stick with Sanchez. Sarr will used rather than buying another CB, and the words will be "We have incredible depth at the club and can very easily utilize the qualities of Sarr etc"

Can you imagine if Joao Pedro got injured and sat waiting behind in the dug out is Liam Fucking Delap, that bloke is just fucking terrible. The amount of absolute shite stock piled into this side is massively worrying, and this is what you get when you buy middle of the road garbage that we already know they are shite and after two season they are still making mistakes and we cannot flog the fuckers because they are that bad.

This past year made it clear everything that's wrong with the management and that the club has no future under it.

As I said why bother with the next manager.

I told you guys that when you went from Pochetino to Maresca and then sack Maresca it shows they know nothing.

How you get rid of Poch to get Maresca for 5 years and then say no he is not the guy and get Liam for 6 years and now he is not the guy.

No point in paying much attention to what these clowns do, weather it be coaches or players. They are as bad as Spurs management.

So why give him a 6 year contract?!

Just a standard 6 year contract

But its silly! Do 2 years! Then build on from there. Do they just like the number 6 is it lucky to them? Cause all its going to do is surely end up costing more when he gets fired after the first year or so. Theres no realistic time frame happening here.

Then again who knows what their goal or wants are
