whinni09 37
I would love to see Conte in Chelsea but at the same time I will be sad to see that Hiddink has to go.. Mixed feelings!
Melanicus 5,208
Conte is first and foremost a man manager. He'll send every single one of his players repeatedly through purgatory until they develop an iron will, or decide that it can't be done and dump them. He values discipline, stamina, willpower and hunger and isn't above using the less illustrous option more often if it means that they can run their freaking asses off. He seems to favour his brand of 3-5-2, which is defensively strong but can result in the attack being isolated from the midfield if the latter doesn't pull their weight, Strengths: Doesn't take shit from anyone, he's always the boss Pretty much turns his players spartanic Has a strong core strategy and ideology that provides for steady performances Weaknesses: Can get too assertive and is not above clashing heads with club management. With Abramovich as top dog we might as well just bring out the popcorn right away. The players that aren't mentally up to his standards are discarded without much of a second thought, perhaps too easily He's not very tactically adaptable. Even if he chooses to play another formation it'll pretty much be the same thing going on on the pitch, and Conte's brand of football is not very creative or exciting. So yeah, every one of his strengths can pretty much be a double-edged sword.

Fernando 6,585
I still think Hiddink should have stayed one more season. Plus Conte won't be available now since he will be in the euro. This will not start good me thinks since Conte won't have time this summer with the team. Henrique

Conte resigned as manager in 2015 after a clash with the Juventus hierarchy over transfer policy, a feud Italian Federation President Carlo Tavecchio confirmed in an interview. “Juve and Conte didn't have a good relationship. He has a very strong personality, and things were complicated by an economic dispute between him and the club." Polo7
