Honestly..  this talk of Jose coming back is farcical. He is done at the highest level.

He’s a man with a silver tongue, though. If he gets in a room with Boehly and the rest of the higher ups I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he’s able to sell them on becoming our manager and winning us titles.

I also think Mou is another twitter plaything. Anyway, as much as I have a highest regard for the madman, I am afraid he isn't reinventing himself if he hadn't done so yet. He is a prime example of a motivator coach, however the football went ahead of him and he hadn't catch up. Mentality is important, but to succeed in top football you also have to have some great tactical sense that Jose seems to have neglected, hence this is only downward road for him since Madrid.

He may be Roma coach for hobby & pleasure, I doubt he'd even want to fuss with top team again, especially he is probably aware it wouldn't end well for him.

And If that were to happen, it would prove our owners really don't have a clue and this vision is a load of bollockss.

Just look at this video... fuck me... sums it all up.

I'm not sure. I know the only argument left for Potter's fans is blaming players, but it's not like we had clinical finishing, creative midfield and tight defense under Sarri, Lampard or Tuchel - what the video shows is nothing new for Chelsea. And even if I was to dive into this rhetorics - if players are not delivering, bench them or develop them, that's manager's job for god's sake, we have 16 new players.

Edit:

Actually, reading the comments under vid, another argument left is "but Arsenal" - yeah, somehow manager, who was the assistant of elite coach and not some rando bottom-table dude, came clean for half of season after years suffering, when it wasn't actually the manager to blame entirely, is the top-logic, 100% proof that GP is man for the job. People are either dumb or getting desperate in trying not to see the true state of affairs.

I would love him to come here to Stockholm and manage AIK

AIK visar återigen en helt annan nivå

Havertz, Mount, Gallagher should be ashamed of themselves.

Next week Potter will have Felix back and should be able to field a more presentable midfield 3.

If he can't get us going after that, that's probably it for him.

I'm leaning towards Flick but his time at Germany has been disastrous no?

I'm also not too thrilled about him either.

There's also a question about how he'll handle our youth players.

Youth players are always the ones who suffer when there's a manager merry go-round.

That's the main reason why I still want Potter to somehow turn it around., even if it seems beyond him at this point.

You can only hope that Potter is being assertive with the squad behind the scenes, because he looks like a timid rabbit otherwise.

Isn't Enrique good with youth? I mean he had Spain playing pretty decent footy but their lack of experience is what let them down.

Spain were absolutely awful in the WC was so boring to watch.

Really! I watched 2 of their games and thought they created some good footy at times... their squad wasn't very strong tbf. Then again he did choose the squad so that was down to him I guess.

Have to disagree, their squad definitely wasn't a weak one.

Their starting 11 was also pretty good most games, consisted of players such as Unai Simon, Rodri, Laporte, Busquets, Gavi, Pedri, Asensio, Ferran Torres and Dani Olmo.

For their starting 11 and squad, the standard of football barring against Costa Rica who were shocking was piss poor. No penetration. Played a poor Germany team and Japan, weren't convincing at all. Even against Morocco, again poor and boring to watch sideways and backwards a lot. Played nothing like his Barca team who won the treble, now they were incredible to watch.

He won’t come to the PL anyway I’d imagine.
