Whichever forward we finally choose to go with, let's get the deal done asap. 

Let them come in and get acquainted with the club, and hit pre-season running, and hope they dont get an Nkunku style injury right at the start.

Much better than waiting till the end of the transfer window and causing confusion for the squad and the manager.

If Ekitike is the guy then Maresca really was foreshadowing when he said he wanted 2 Nico Jackson’s in terms of style. Someone who is a link up striker and not just a poacher or target man.

I just don’t think he’s the right guy personally. 🤷‍♂️

at least this year the club want to do the deals asap which is a good thing for the supporters

yes there's nothing we can about and even with the youngest squad in the league, Chelsea managed to get top4 and the points we get this season are no different than the last roman years

Chelsea are looking increasingly likely to now look to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer window with the arrival of Champions League football incoming. It is dependent on suitors coming in for current stoppers Robert Sanchez, Filip Jorgensen, and Djordje Petrovic. But SPTC sources, as we have been reporting here for months anyway, are insistent that new stoppers are being looked at and are likely to be targeted as part of the big summer window plans.

It’s something that we foresee happening in the second transfer window rather than the first. The club have wanted to keep a lid on new goalkeeper plans for obvious reasons, but as we have maintained here, Chelsea have always been looking at new stoppers. The main name we keep hearing is Mike Maignan.

We believe that feelers have been put out on this and Chelsea are appealed by the cut-price deal they should be able to get him for. Watch this space for sure… But there are other names of course and we have reported some here even over the weekend. The other two stoppers mentioned by my top source just yesterday is Lucas Chevalier of Lille, and Joan Garcia of Espanyol. But Maignan would be the absolute priority if they feel they can get him.

We’ve heard that the current keepers will play at the Club World Cup, and Mike Penders has already confirmed that he is going to be going there. So as I say, I expect this to be something that happens in the second transfer window this summer, and expect Penders to go out on loan. But the likelihood of Chelsea signing a new keeper is increasing the more info that is coming in from sources.

I would love Maignan (unless form has tailed off last year), Chevalier or Garcia. Get any and sell Sanchez Kepa and Jorgensen

If Gyokeres and Sesko have not given us the green light, I'd go with Ekitike 

Rather get a striker who is technically good than wait around again. We have waited few summers now to address the striker position and I'll just take whatever quality we can sign this year.

On the other hand, they then decided to let us go into the season with Jackson as our only senior striker when we all knew he wasn’t good enough. There’s definitely someone at the club who is good at identifying top talent but there are also some idiots that gamble and get thing wrong.

If you are going for 45 players in a summer some are bound to be decent. (Samu I'd still avoid)

The board also decided to sign Felix and Sancho to bolster the attack last summer.

sancho did the minimum expected, but I hope board part ways with him but was a low risk bet 

about felix, we was with us because of gallagher

Sancho was a disaster. We are paying a lot in wages for someone who has got 3G 5A in 31 league appearances. His stats look good only because of contributions in the Conference League.
