We’ll surely have a list of players we can target if we achieve UCL football and another fallback list of ones we can go for if we don’t. For instance, I highly doubt we’ll be going for any of the mega expensive midfielders if we don’t get that extra money. Instead of Anderson/Wharton/Tonali we’d probably just bring Barco over from Strasbourg. Which to me I’d actually prefer. And as for CB it’s probably a case of get UCL football - buy super expensive and ready made CB, don’t get UCL football - probably just recall Anselmino and have Colwill, Fofana, Sarr, Trev, and Anselmino as our options at the back. I think he’d definitely come here, yes. But would we spend the monster amount that Forest will ask for is the question. With UCL money, perhaps.
