I was also all in for Chilwell but maybe it's better to get that guy from Porto for probably 40m less and invest in other areas. He has impressive stats and also big plus he would be available in January unlike Chilwell. I mean, what can we lose? Sell Emerson to Juventus and buy Telles.

Telles is a possibility. But now we are struggling in the final third. We have far too many issues to tackle in January alone.

We stuggles because we are losing. It becomes harder. 

The players lose motivation. 

So yest best to spend money in jan to upgrade the defense. 

If we can sell Alonso and get Telles, i'll take it. That's an upgrade and Alson sell will offset the cost of Telles

Telles and Emerson are good for now, and in the summer sell Emerson and get Gaya or Chilwell. 

For CB easy option is Ake and sell AC as AC might offset the cost of buying Ake. In the summer sell Zouma and go for the Gimenez, Konate, Romagnoli etc etc.

Romagnoli now has Mino Raiola for an agent, so is off the board for us, which FUCKING SUXXXXX 

Gimenez has a 120m euro release clause now, so is off the board, and has not been so good thsi year after Godin left

Rúben Dias now has a 100m euro RC, which is madness

Koulibaly turns 30 in a year, so hard pass

and I have seen zero ties to Konate and us, although he would be an insane upgrade, same for his teammate, Dayot Upamecano, albeit I much prefer Konate atm

Skriniar is an option, but I doubt he comes here over others who are chasing him, same for Marquinhos

Caglar Söyüncü would be an upgrade over Zouma, and still has a huge upside

not much else out there at WC or near WC level atm

About Isco, I don't know what he is thinking with his career. He won't have a place in Real very soon even on the bench. Hazard and Asensio are coming back from injuries, James as well. So basically now we have a benifit from our super team Roman created. We were one of the best teams in Europe for years from 2004-2014.  (playing I think 7 CL semifinals in this period). Millions of people become Chelsea fans in this period around the world mostly kids. And this is the result. Hottest prospect like Sancho and Chilwell want to play for us. Our board must be stupid to miss this chance. Top names we signed in early Roman days came mostly because of money and we still couldn't buy best players in the world other teams wanted. Totti, Gerrard, Ronaldinho, Pirlo and others all rejected us. Now we have a chance. Signing Sancho would be a biggest statement Chelsea ever made!
