Bernardo is not slow tho. He is not blistering fast but has above average acceleration and is nimble af. Wirtz and Chekri are not quite his level of agility or ball control.

Wirtz doesn’t look that slow to me. Just kinda average. Cherki on the other hand does looks super slow and kinda chubby as well.

We need 2 or 3 players to close the squad for next season, but the narrative we have sold our squad and replaced them with nothing is stupid. We have Colwill, Gusto, Nkunku and Jackson already in and probably Santos staying too. If we get Caicedo and another mid this is a brilliant transfer window.

In CM is not that much an exaggeration. Our whole project is over if Enzo gets injured atm.

Imo we need at least:

2 CM

1 GK

1 ST that can score 10+ goals per season.

I think Jackson will score more than ten goals. However, I think we need a WC CF to accompany Nkunku.

He looks much better to my eyes than Gabri Veiga. 

Wirtz has never remotely been the same since his bad knee ACL injury. He looked pretty shite when Neverkusen crashed out v Mou and Roma in the Europa League.

Deffo need to see a rebound season before he goes back on a list.

Always liked him. He is a warrior. Remember him scoring twice and turning the game just after breaking his nose in a duel. But he has recurring injury problems which make him miss a lot of games.

Since 2014 Germany is experiencing their worst period as a football nation on every level. I wouldn’t bet on a German to be pivotal player for a top team. Only notable exception from the whole generation is Kimmich.
