the not sorted list

Benoît Badiashile is shit and always injured
Axel Disasi is shit
David Datro Fofana
Raheem Sterling
Wesley Fofana I am NOT remotely convinced he will ever fully recover to a decent level of both play and injury
Tyrique George
Gabriel Slonina
Mykhailo Mudryk

plus the  loanees who are not good enough to ever be Chels Sr team:

Teddy Sharman-Lowe
Brodi Hughes
Caleb Wiley
Leo Castledine
Omari Kellyman (sure looks that way)
Jimmy-Jay Morgan
Deivid Washington

plus

Nico Jackson IF the obligation clause is not satisfied

Plus our 2 main GKers, Sanchez and Filip Jörgensen, one of whom surely needs to go when Penders comes in OR if we buy a better one (in which case both may go once Penders is ready to at least be the backup to a new GKer)

Fulham had also agreed a £22m move for Chelsea forward Tyrique George earlier on deadline day but it collapsed in the late hours.

It's unclear exactly why it collapsed but Fulham already completed the signings of two long-term targets for the wide positions.

Yet, the primary reason George's move fell through was he was a contingency option in case Leeds made an offer Fulham couldn't refuse for Harry Wilson.

But ultimately no offer arrived and they preferred to keep the Wales international.

That Bayern kit is horrific looking, goddamn!

Of course Jackson and his agent had to get a dig in at Chelsea in their statements. Don’t blame him but it’s still annoying.

It’s fine that Nico is upset at how he was treated at the end but he has to remember that it’s 100% down to his own behavior and play that led to this. The red cards, the cynical behavior on the pitch, the constantly fluffing easy chances.

He and his agent basically saying “now he’s at a proper club” kind of takes away any sympathy I had for him.

I'm just glad its over. Transfer market is the most soulless, tedious shit in football. The daily tweets about a deal being still ONE TO WATCH. This shit is worse for the game than VAR.

Football has got worse every year since around 2010.

Great window.

You don't set an outgoing transfer record in a season without getting rid of a shit tonne of deadwood.

Somehow people are saying Arsenal had a better window than us:

- Give me Pedro over Gyokeres

- Garnacho is better than Noni

- No one here wanted Hincapie but now that he has signed he is good. Pfft. Hato was the better choice.

- Essugo is a fantastic backup.

How much do you rate Eze and Zubamendi? For me - both average and I'd never take Eze here. We brought in Estevao, Delap and Gittens.

I'll take our window considering we sold more, are in the green this transfer window and can spend more next season.

zubamendi is a great player and the same for eze.

eze is better than gittsen and garnacho, despite they have a lot of potential and eze is already 27 years old but I feel he is a bit overrated

People are actually upset about Simons not going through

not so much him (although I do rate Xavi)

more upset about Fermin and/or Rogers

we should have moved for Fermin right after the World Club Cup

he is a fucking baller, so so creative

also I would take Rogers over Xavi as well

Hurts to see the defensive options we have now....I still remember back in the day when we had Cech, JT, Carvalho and A.Cole

Until Garnacho actually plays for us, we won't know if he's better than Noni.   Noni was more than serviceable on the wing, a bit frustrating at times but we'll never forget that game where he decided to rip Wolves apart. 😆

Zubimendi is a class midfielder

Arteta shouldn't have any excuses this season, expecting them to push Liverpool all the way for the title this season, he's got GK + defense + midfield all sorted and even managed to splash the cash on Eze and Viktor.

Most of it.

Mate you’re just a sappy downer. That’s not on me.

Breaking the outgoing transfer record clearly means we got rid of a lot of shit. You want everything gone in one swoop? Show me a team that’s done that.

People on here upset City got Cherki acting like it was a stroke of genius when we get Garnacho who is statistically better, and you make us sound like mugs. You just have no perspective and don’t care to try to have any.

We have a team that’s won the CWC and outperformed the CL winners. They’re doing okay as we’ve also shored up a lot of areas.

Yeahhh it worked for them last year..

How boring. I just want us to get near..or least go all the way to Wembley and win. Hopefully can least manage that!

A penny for Klopp's thoughts. All those years there on a shoestring budget to seeing them spending record amounts.

If it were up to you we would overpay for everyone.

Enzo who you loved and we clearly overpaid for is the weak link out of our midfield/front bunch.

You lot overreact like teenagers on here.

Yeah like these experts who overpaid around 15-20m for Gittens, who didn't get a CB and GK despite saddling the club with bang average CBs and GKs and now telling the coach to make due with what he has.

They maybe overpaid for Enzo but he was sought out after shining and winning the biggest trophy in the world, it was the right decision to go for him and when he will get sold I doubt we will making a big loss if any at all on him, he was a top talent.

Even Madueke made more sense gave us a leeway to get a profit on him or at least get our money back with the price we paid, there is no such thing with Gittens it's top dollar for someone incredibly raw.

For the money they paid for Gittens and Garnacho we probably could've convinced Juventus to sell Yildiz, yeah we wouldn't have a back up but right now we have 2 players who aren't exactly best of the best in that position.

‘Sappy downer’ … interesting…

I’m not negative for the sake of being negative. If the board didn’t do idiotic moves in the market or if the owners didn’t shape every decision based around making profit, I wouldn’t be as frustrated as I am watching it.

If you are soo easily pleased, acting like that CWC was actually a huge deal when in reality it was nothing more than a glorified pre-season tournament. Nice to say we have won everything but let’s not act like it was a CL ffs.. it’s embarrassing.

Also, couldn’t care less about making record sales… i don’t know why fans pay any attention to what profits the club are making..  you all act like you’re University graduates in accounting. What’s that all about? It’s football.. the game is about winning matches.
