Feels like he disappeared into a black hole the minute we signed him. I forgot he existed. Haven’t heard anything all summer about him going anywhere either.

Yeah, kinda concerned. I wonder if these journalists jumped the gun a bit making it sound as though a deal was close. We may have just contacted Leipzig to get an idea of how much they wanted for him and that’s all. 

If we don’t get some significant movement like a bid going in or a “he ONLY wants Chelsea” from Fabrizio or Ornstein then I’m assuming the deal isn’t as sure as it seemed earlier in the week.

Btw, have you read anything about him recently? Is he going on loan or something? He was kind of expensive and not really reserves age anymore.

Isak is not worth (for us atm) £130m IMHO

there is one team (amongst the richest big 5 league euro power teams atm) above all the rest who needs him:

Pool

Barca as well IF Lewa finally slows down, BUT they cannot afford him

Manure also could so use him, but they are nowhere near a powerhouse atm

Real will stay with Mbappe as CF

Citeh obviously do not need him

Bayern have Kane

PSG perhaps would go for him, but thier systen doesnt need a pure CF

Some players have far and away amazing stats compared to others - but aren't anywhere near as impactful. Football is so different to something like basketball, where you can see how successful someone is from certain part of the court converting on attempts, etc. Football is too expansive and the low scoring element changes things completely. 

Much harder to zone in on what makes players great.

Since Liverpool has had trouble attracting any serious interest in Nunez, I still believe a move to Saudi Arabia may be on the card unless they can somehow send him to Napoli or wherever.

Reports said agreement with Simons was almost done, 2 days later and still nothing on it.
