The current squad looks really set for a while + we have a couple of wonder kids that were already going to struggle to find places for next summer. 

Feels like any business we do in the next couple of windows is supplementing this super young squad with a couple of highly experienced guys in the 25-28 year old range. 

we need a GREAT GKer (Diogo Costa is by far the best available option atm)

and to flush Disasi and Badi at CB

and replace them with real quality (age not so important, would be nice to have one experienced leader type there)

Tbh, with the way we’ve looked so far and the chances we create at will from our attacking mids I think any solid striker would score quite a few. And we have t even seen close to full form from any of Sancho, Neto, or Felix yet. They’re all still finding their feet.

Think Sesko would thrive here tbf. Whether I’d pay massive money for him is another question. I’d say no.

Simon Philips reports The recruitment team really like Brazilian centre back from Nottingham Forest, Murillo , and they enquired about signing him in the summer just gone. However, at that point the price quoted was just far too much and the interest was shelved for now. Chelsea look to go back in for him in one of the next two windows, because he is high on our centre back shortlist.
