as we expected

Owners with minimum decency and gravitas should put it straight - your agents leak this kind of shit = deal is over.
Meanwhile we will be throwing cash under feet of another meh player, who in addition seems to have high chance of being a knobhead, believing he will “save us” in same manner the footballing god Enzo Fernandez does.

The Sterling/Sancho thing has gone awfully quiet. As has all talk about realistic moves for Broja or Chilly.

The idea that such “big” players will just rot in the reserves until January sounds utterly disastrous to me. If other clubs aren’t moving for them now when we’re desperate to get rid of them who is going to want them a few months from now when they’ve been sitting around not playing any football?

We still aren’t even offering a full on permanent buy for this summer? A loan? The reporting just yesterday is that we moved past that, ffs.

He and his agent have apparently been adamant for weeks that a loan was disrespectful and not even being considered.

The fact Chelsea is taking part of something that seems to be a bidding war with Saudi club is mind boggling for me. This is totally no contest situation, you either chose to play football or be a jester on a stick for a retirement fund.

What is next? Trying to snatch moves to MLS and Brazil's 2nd division? Especially worrying that ClearlakeBluecowhatever seems to get bit too fixated on those moves and forget the reality around and the reality around is that Napoli wants to get rid of this fella, so why even do all this dancing around? Put an offer on the table, take it or leave it, they have no other real choice anyway (and that should be alarming on its own)

Under absolutely no circumstances should VO be offered over £150k a week or even signed to a permanent deal in tbe first instance.

I don't give a feck if he has been offered more by Saudi or that he won't sign a deal worth less than his Napoli deal. He isn't worth the sort of fees and wages being discussed. Please walk away unless it is a loan.

Wonder why nobody ended up going for the fella who plays uptop for Sporting? Grahdjfkfkullosu or whatever his name is.

his name is not that hard to spell, lol

Viktor Gyökeres (Hungarian surname but he is Swedish, so pronounced similar to yolk-karesh, emphasis on yolk)

Edited to correct that his name is Hungarian.

Sporting are only willing to listen to offers of €100 million (£84.3m) for Gyökeres. This is the release clause in the striker's contract. All clubs so far have already made it known that they are not willing to pay such a high figure in the current transfer window.
