Exactly this. There are a lot of times one wing back can be crossing the ball in and the other wing back is an extra attacker in the box.

Looks the exact same as last season. Causes defenses fits with his runs but fails at the crucial last moment.

I’d still continue to start him alongside Rom because he creates space for all the other attackers.

No chance. Lukaku is not ready, Kai played 120 mins and Ziyech is injured. Puli scored and we have MM. Werner is 6th in packing order. And soon this will be clear to anyone including Tuchel.

Before the Alonso free kick, we looked very stale and didn’t how that goal was going to come. It is quite evident by now that the biggest challenge for this team is to maximize points against teams we should beat. As good as Tuchel was last season he left a lot of points on the table against teams we should have won. Today’s result is not going to change that trend by itself.

I do not agree we have not been clinical enough, we have been given the chances we created.
