Kounde is a good defender, but I don’t see him being a better option than we have. Why spend 88m on a guy who is going to provide another body. Chalobah can do that.

We are losing Zouma, Silva for sure. Possibly Rudiger. Azpi and Chris also not certain to stay with one year left on contract. 

We need 5 CBs and in 10 months we may be down to one or two.
