Great talent, but no matter what we do we should make sure that at least 20 Million from the deal should be performance based.

For example, If Havertz scores or assists a certain amount of goals, 5 million; If chelsea win a trophy with him, 10mil. If he makes 60 appearances another 5 million.

Kai Havertz deal could be completed next week. Player has total agreement with the club, the clubs are negotiating for a fee and Havertz wants to leave this summer and is determined to join Chelsea.
