Well kinda of the same like Ramires. 

Not world class but great squad players to have. I always said that about Ramires, and why I never bother in keeping him. 

Mikel is just an enigma, he did good today but there is no consistency.

Hiddink, is the only manager who in the past has given him a serious run of matches rather than the 'in for 1 or 2', out for '3 or 4' with sometimes an appearance from the bench others seemed to do with him.

Ancelotti as well, tbf (I know his hand was forced with Essien's injury problems but still). That Ballack - Mikel - Lampard midfield was pretty effective.

Scolari featured him heavily as well.  He was the key to the team at the beginning of the season when we were successful.  Unfortunately, teams started marking him out of the match and Scolari had no plan B.

Everybody knows Mikel is a limited player. The fact at the moment he is the best DM of this team speaks loud about the quality of this squad. He lacks consistence. During the first half WB bossed the mid, but MIkel improved in the 2nd half and was playing really well, but he and Matic are to blame for the 2nd goal.

This team need 2 DM in the summer. No doubt about it, but I bet the team will het 2 strikers, 4 attacking midfielders and 10 wingers, and this team will start 16/17 season with Ramires, Mikel and Matic.
