termninja 5,290
It's not that we miss Mikel, it's that we miss a fresh player for defensive mdifield, and more importantly, a player who finds that position - natural. kellzfresh and Blue Armour
The Skipper 20,609
It's not that we miss Mikel, it's that we miss a fresh player for defensive mdifield, and more importantly, a player who finds that position - natural. And Mikel and Romeu are our only options. The latter is out injured. So in the end, we do miss Mikel, and we miss him a lot IMO. We'll start picking up more wins when him and Moses get back from the ACON. bushman 2,043
Fresh players means Chelsea misses him. I believe, he plays against Drogba´s team on Sunday. Therefore, I expect to see him & Moses back in London by the next week. Blue Armour

Rmpr 8,977
Mikel had a great game, but it was not like he had Drogba or Yaya in his back pocket, lol.Ivory Coast had a really good second halg (until the 70th minute) and they had many chances (including Toure).Anyways, excellent performance and deserving win! kellzfresh 7,229
I keep on saying this, mikel in nigeria and mikel in chelsea are two different players. He shows half of his worth to chelsea, frustrating.Mikel in nigeria is a very accurate over the head passer of the ball.Mikel in chelsea is a pass to the fullbacks professional dm.That is all. laura90

y10edn 185
Chelsea had 3 players playing for Nigeria Mikel, Moses and Kenneth Omeruo RB who is presently on loan, Ivory Coast had 2 ex CFC a legend Didier Drogba and a veteran Saloman Kalou, also played for IC were AFC connection Gervinho and Eboue (former), Yaya played 90mins and Kolo was on the bench, Zokora (ex Spurs), and Tiote Newcastle all starred for Ivory Coast. y10edn 185
Based on this game: Thank God Drogba didn't stay after Munich, also Kalou. Kenneth Omeruo should have a future in CFC with the way he kept Gervinho very quiet. We have a gem in Moses and believe it or not Tiote of Newcastle is not worthy of Mikels studs.
