I noticed against huddersfield Kante was getting into the box alot sarri could push Kante into the next level and make him into a even better player the only problem with  Jorginho - Kovacic - Kante is they are not strong in the air

mmm i'd rather see somebody else getting in the box than Kante  , when sarri gets things sorted out hopefully we see CFC play more attacking footie and see only 1 dm with 2 attacking minded cm, with the lb and /or rb being involved differently, tho depending on other teams we will look to be more flexible now and grow + adapt!

Don't sell him, people moan. Set ourselves up with the potential to sell, people also moan.

I'm not moaning? I just don't believe that any club in their right mind would buy him after what we witnessed. I'm surprised he has even got a loan deal.

They are taking him on loan, if he does well they will sign him. Not exactly rocket science.

Well done clever clogs. You have earned yourself a golden sticker.

BAKAYOKO SET FOR AC MILAN

Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko will complete his loan switch to AC Milan on Monday having arrived in Italy, reports Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Frenchman struggled to establish himself at Stamford Bridge last season following a big-money move from Monaco.

He will join the Rossoneri for €5m on loan with an option to buy for a further €35m.

Not sure why we (and Conte) stuck with him so long - board signing?

Not seen a worse performer since Alan Dickens

He was Conte's signing. That's why he was starting a lot of games for us as Conte value's running more than technical ability...

Even running he ain't that good in that...doesn't help when conte persists using him despite how awkward and bad he was out there...

If he was a board signing Conte would have ditched him early just like he did with Bats.

Probably right there Tomo -It was clear by December he was struggling but Conte stuck with him for whatever reason. I could not see him developing and he got 30+ games to bed in which in our crazy league is a hell of a chance when you consider the lack of games given to previous players.

A slower paced league like Serie A could really suit Bakayoko and he can really develop well there as the league is more tactical and less physical than the PL, it's easy to say this with hindsight but we really should have signed him on loan with a option to buy considering that he wasn't really a huge name before the 2016-17 season with Monaco, hope he does well and gets his career back on track.
