I think if he did come here, he'd be our best CB (bar Azpi, but he isn't exactly a natural CB). 

Saying that though, we are well organised at the back IMO, and really don't concede a whole lot, even given our deficiencies on the left side. We should rather spend some money upgrading Willian, Pedro and Fabregas.

Unless Luiz ships out we really don’t need to improve at CB, especially since we have other gaping areas in the squad still. 

He’d be our joint third best CB as well (Christensen, Azpi, VVD/Luiz/Rüdiger).

This is absolute lunacy. A CB for 15m more than we payed for our star striker! Utter, utter madness.

The days of Liverpool fans being able to have their victim complex about the other big clubs spending silly money are now long gone between this deal and Keita.
