Oscar, Kante and Matic were very admirable with their work-rate and defending. It's great to see aggressive substitutions to change the forwards and formation up. The use of width be the wingers is great as it covers the offensive frailties of the fullbacks. Overall everything I saw was very positive. I am really pleased with what I see. Oscar was great off the ball, Costa looked a bit lost for most of the game, but he is a player that you can't write off as long as he is on the pitch. Kante doing god's work in the middle of the pitch, and Bats using the time given to show he could be important for the team. Very pleased indeed. COME ON BLUES! Even if it ended 1-1 a lot to be positive about, not that I want us to go the whole season with this back four, but with the right protection and tactics were solid.
