That's the 'problem' though. When he play from the first minute, most of the time he is gone missing. He is super sub, undoubtedly. He needs time, yes. But I am afraid he won't make it here, we won't wait patiently enough for him to develop unfortunately.

He'll be ok with (super) sub status. But I don't know. Dortmund gave him confidence from 1st minute => he delivered! 

I don't see why he couldn't do that for us. He has the qualities! But need confidence and playtime. Could be a wise choice to loan him out to other EPL team.
