Alexandre Pato

Alexandre Pato is still not fit and is not working hard enough to earn himself a place in the #Chelsea first team.“ [Assumpção]

#Chelsea’s judgement on the Alexandre Pato loan deal was wrong. They are unimpressed and no longer want to keep him. [Lance]

After a month and a half with Chelsea, Pato is being considered by #CFC - to return to the #Corinthians in the next few weeks. (Lance!) #CFC

The evaluation of Chelsea is that Pato's loan for six months was wrong and there is no interest in hiring him. (Lance!) #CFC #Corinthians

Pato has not played since November last year, would be out of shape, has physical problems and is not considered important (Lance!) #CFC

The state of this guy :lol:

How the hell can't he not be fit to play competitive football after training with our first team players for nearly 2 months already ?

Just fuck off Emenalo, or whoever that made this shitty, pointless signing. Useless twats.

Seriously, this has to have been the worst transfer year in PL history, for any club.

One striker in Pato who hasn't and may not play at all for us, another in Falcao who I forgot was even on our roster and has contributed fuck all, a CB that isn't even here anymore, another CB who can't get anywhere near our squad, and a backup keeper who hasn't seen the pitch in so long I can't recall the last time we've seen him. Oh, and a LB who neither manager we've had this season trusts.

This is the kind of club management you'd expect from a side like Newcastle or Aston Villa.

but but but low risk high reward, at least that's what some guys told me before the loan, so no matter what it's an absolute genius move by the legend. :)

ahh seriously, can't get my head around why he can't even make the bench but i'm not arrogant enough to claim that i know more than Guus about footie.
Guus has done a more than okay job so far, yes, i think some of the players would have performed for anyone bar Jose, but i give credit where credit is due.
If he thinks Pato isn't up for it, so be it. We have bigger problems than moaning about whether or not Pato plays, no matter what Guus does, there's always an opportunity to moan.
That's our way, the right way, the Chelsea way. :)

Yeah, low risk. He is unlikely to stay. Nothing has changed. We will forget this ever happened in 3 years.

This has happened before with Minero, Falcao and to an extent Maniche, you can't lose with these type of deals, slating the board for this one just screams slating them for the sake of it.

What is wrong with taking decent but with a bit of baggage players (else they wouldn't be available for loan if they had no baggage) on loan for a bit, if it's works we get a good player, if not bye bye, there is literally no downside to it.

We could have signed someone better to save our season back in January.... you know ? Maybe Arnautovic for example, he could have been a WAY better signing than Pato have been for us. Plus, he would be fit to play as well.

There is no defending this shitty loan signing, the state of our club :(

The January market is difficult, its not as easy as saying player x,y and z come on down.

We didn't even create a space for Pato by player sales, he came in as a fourth forward, we literally couldn't lose and haven't.

Stoke and Newcastle signed better players than us in the January transfer window, not that hard for clubs of that stature huh ? We went ahead and signs two players that haven't even played a single minute for us yet. WTF ?

There is nothing to lose yes but why even bother getting him if we aren't going to use at all? 2 months in and he's still not fit enough to get at least 30 minutes of game time?

What's the point buying players when the coach doesn't want them? That's speculating, yes, but that's my impression.
In the end, it's like throwing money out of the window, should have better given it to some homeless people...
