Hutcho 8,443
Lol. So we are supposed to not want mourinho because of a 1 bad season yet dismiss all his great seasons.I am happy with this season. If this season hadn't gone like it did, we may not be getting him as it looks like it we may be. Can't wait. Bring him back home. Hopefully it happens. Stats 7,156
Even if you are completely in love with Jose and never would dare say a bad word about him. You can't - even in the far away back of your mind - not admit that all of the worse aspects of Jose this season came out and magnified 1000x.This. I like Mourinho. Was an excellent manager but I think I am one out of every thousand who is not bothered about if he comes. I am always of the impression that don't bring what is old back to what is new for some reason. But this season he has failed to deliver a trophy. Not embarrassing but that form at Chelsea gets you the sack. However ever since Mourinho has gone to Real he has turned nasty with this comments and fighting other opposition staff and in turn his players have fights and today was just one of them, there are several more. We don't need that here. I just wonder what Abramovich thinks about this situation.Worse thing is he has lost many of the dressing room and that is pivotal. If you lose the dressing room you lose respect and I have not been impressed with his antics this season and previous seasons at Real. 3 years at Real and major trophies was one La Liga despite the massive millions they have spent. I take into consideration that they are competing with Barcelona but his record in the UCL with them was not much success. If he joins us I hope he does manage to build back those years where we won the double under him as that was fantastic days. Hopefully this season was just a blur for everyone to forget. Rubber bullets

Styles 9,790
What would it say about Mourinho if he walks away now when things are bad? If he's the coach we're led to believe wouldn't he have the professional pride to want to stay and make things right? What does it say about him if he leaves when things are tough? Peace.

If he's the coach we're led to believe wouldn't he have the professional pride to want to stay and make things right? What does it say about him if he leaves when things are tough?I thought things were quite tough for him after his first season at Real because of Barcelona's dominance. He responded with winning the league the next season. Madrid are a circus, worse than us. I think he's going because he hasn't really got a choice to stay IMO. Real Madrid aren't really in a bad position, they've just had a bad season - they don't need that much fixing. Hutcho

Sometimes you enter a situation where the things that need to be changed can't be and when you try, you burn your bridges. Real Madrid is a very tough club to manage, almost unlike any other. Here at least he will get the support from the supporters and also the media and in reality, who else is there at this moment in time? Heisenberg 1,824
To actually have any doubt over José's capacities of managing and winning is for me totally idiotic & crazy, he lost today, he'll win tommorow, no doubt, Madrid's pain is Chelsea's gain. Dude, he is José Mourinho, he never run away from responsabilities. But in this case, its almost impossible for him to stay because he is so good, that actually even with a season like that, its isnt good enough because of the expectations.
