Yeh, that Dembele kid is one to watch, promising gem no doubt, so is the kid Emre Mor.

The quality difference between two teams is too obvious, BVB is way more superior.

Dembele was top of my summer transfer wish list. How Dortmund got him for so little is beyond me. There is no way we'd have been asked for anything less than €40m. I don't recall reading how much was bid but I do remember Dembele saying he turned us down last summer.

Refreshing to see United playing the same dross, predictable & old fashioned 4-2-3-1. Non existent pressing game, just a bunch of players sitting deep, waiting for Dortmund to give away possession so that they can break on the counter. Even when Dortmund subbed in most of their youngsters. Mourinho can't and won't get out of his comfort zone for his life and I'm so glad we got rid of him. It's like he's stuck in time and thinks that the old tactics that used to work 8-10 years ago will bail him out of jail. He is so outdated in terms of tactical aspect it's unbelievable.

At least for us, the era of our team looking confused when attacking like we didn't practice any attacking patterns is over. And even more importantly, the era of having less than 6 shots on target in 90mins against big teams is over.

Friendlies/Pr-Season are mostly meaningless in regards of results.

Waste of time to get too much analysis of a bad loss.

Should be between December and March where you get a better clue of a team.
