LAM09 7,062
Neymar being too light to hold off a defender with the ball is a fact. He falls under any slight contact and in the epl they won't give a foul just like cuadrado has realized.Neymar is better in other aspects except this. I don't know why its hard for you to understand what I mean?Neymar goes down because he KNOWS he'll most likely get the call. I personally don't think Neymar is as weak as most think, but goes down as he's used to getting the calls. Juan just seems too weak, full stop. However, my original disagreement with you was comparing both players. There's nothing that warrants it. Fair enough...I'll never understand why we signed Cuadrado, especially in JanuarySchurrle would of been more useful than Cuadrado as an impact sub.. stroey 2,525
Fair enough...I'll never understand why we signed Cuadrado, especially in JanuarySchurrle would of been more useful than Cuadrado as an impact sub..Yeah Schurrle would've been so good now, a proven scorer for us. But in his interview I read it was him who forced to leave, so nothing we could do about it.Cuadrado had a tough youth, his dad was killed while he was hiding in the house. A guy with such background but still managed to be here today surely has great mental power, I believe him and think he will shine once given a run of games, or when Mou tells him just to express himself. Perricone17 3
It was annoying we didn't get a third goal on Saturday, but did Mourinho hit the ground in despair because it was Cuadrado who's shots were saved by Begovic? Is Cuadrado's apparent lack of form getting to Mou? He surely wants Juan to score soon to settle some nerves about the signing...

It is £27m down the drain IMO.
didierforever 7,349
looking like a bad transfer. but lets give him some time and a pre-season. hopefully he can do something of what he did in WC last year.
Sheva. 5,373
I still like his movement, he'll get some goals because he isn't static like Willian - and in the few games he has played more than 20 mins, I believe there has been 3-4 times he could have scored. But his weakness on the ball is just funny. Needs to hit the gym and also get more minutes, because he won't get any better with the physicality by observing from the bench.
hamad138 190
De bruyne first 6 months was also horrible. In germany he was called belgium flop and then he exploded. Hope it happens with him too!
kellzfresh 7,229
Based on 1 match? If Neymar came to the EPL, he wouldn't be much better than Cuadrado in terms of holding the ball from stronger defenders This is the performance we were talking about
CHOULO19 24,332
He REALLY needs a goal. A goal will bring back confidence and kick start his Chelsea career. Hence Jose's reaction to the miss on Saturday.
OhForAGreavsie 6,077
De bruyne first 6 months was also horrible. In germany he was called belgium flop and then he exploded. Hope it happens with him too! Thanks Hamad, this is interesting. I presume you're talking about his first six months at Wolfsburg because his time at Bremen was widely praised.I watched a lot of Kevin at Werder and felt that he did not really deserve as much praise as he received. Of course there were some good performances but, as I've said before, there were times when I thought he was poor enough to be dropped. He never was of course. For what it's worth, I've only watched him four times this season and have seen him perform well just once. That was the game against Bayern when Pep's boys played right into his hands by repeatedly giving him plenty of room he could run into with his power surges. In fact I'd guess it was from watching this game that Ribery came to realise what KDB does best.

Laugh1ngMan 393
Everytime he has the ball, he makes me think about a gazelle on ice, ready to fall over with the slightest touch.
Sir Mikel OBE 4,920
We are the first premier side in a decade to win the league with a surplus in the transfer market, and the surplus should be much higher seeing as this buy has done fuck all

DYC. 7,542
The thought of Ramires being a better option out wide, even against a packed defence, is quite sad.Can only hope he makes a complete 180 next season.
Styles 9,790
It seems as if his biggest problem right now is simply the intensity and physicality. He seems to almost always be unaware that he is being pressed.Like DYC said, I can only hope he comes back a different player after the summer because signs don't look good.
