BlueLion. 21,491
The way he was treated by Villas-Boas was disgusting. The fact we then started the 2012/13 season with only Torres as a recognised striker (Sturridge was almost exclusively used by a RDM as a winger) was an even worse decision. ParNolio7 285
Rapidly becoming one of Bündesliga biggest stars. According to Squawka already 13th highest rated player over the last year in the five major European leagues. Not long before we see him shine at Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund. Would've been the ideal stand-in for Oscar. Anyone notice how De Bruyne was voted best attacking MF in Bundesliga last week ... Before Thomas Mueller etc. ? Incredible, what a talent. MichaelDance 552
I have to say Ba. loved the guy he did a lot for when we got him on the pitch.

robsblubot 3,595
The most obvious one: Matic.I don't usually feel too bad when a player leaves the club, because unless he's forced out, he wanted out for one reason or another. Even if he's forced out, then the club did not want the player any longer (or the money was too good). Regardless, there was a reason for the departure and that reason wouldn't go away by sheer magic.
Oscar 441
David Luis.He would of been fantastic on this chelsea team, however, with the money brought in it was a no brainer. However, chelsea going to need 2 cbs in the transfer market soon. BlueLyon 9,359
Just whole lot surprised over the fact that we bought so many young players to be core of our team while our board wants instant success. Those two wont go together. Its changing a bit with signings of Cesc, Matic, Costa etc...
bluephoenix 1,131
David Luiz, Frank Lampard (more so because he is at City, simply can't stand a Legend wearing another PL team's shirt), Arjen Robben

Eden Hazardous 17
In a year or two , we will be regretting letting Lukaku and De Bruyne out a lot - although the reason why Lukaku left was that he wanted more playing time. And I already regret that we didn't keep them in the squad.
Kevins79 17
For me, Ballack and Sturridge - Danny didn't get his chance tbh, and Ballack..for me he was a True Blue, who always wanted to fight for a team..

KbD I wish had stayed, but he was only ever going to be a wide player under Mourinho at best, and if he'd have stayed then we'd probably have gotten rid of Oscar. Reddish-Blue 2,516
Sturridge because you can never have too many goalscorers&David Luiz because he just seemed like a down to earth guy with a passion for football
