heh ^^ disagree on Pedro... still have to show his face in away matches and/or tough matches.

dropping our best player, Costa, at this time can only be because he's being sold or is sold already.

When you drop a player because of bad attitude, or other disciplinary reasons, only the club suffers. Get the player in different ways: schedule training at an earlier time (just for strikers) and if he's late, get him where it hurts... money. That's the best way to handle players.

Something is fishy here and this coming as an "exclusive" from the deluded gooner Sami Mokbel forces me to take it with a big pinch of salt.

Looks clear to me he won't be playing against Leicester today, think Chelsea's got enough to beat them without him anyway, but deep inside I want this to be solved quickly by the club or by Conte in his pre/post Leicester match interview. Two massive games coming up against Liverpool and Arsenal, the last thing we need is to face these two without our best player this season.

But this reminds me of last summer's pre-season when Diego Costa was rumoured to leave for Atletico every day in the papers and Antonio Conte had to respond at least one or two questions about this in every post friendly match interview. Back then you couldn't help but feel that something is happening there and he could really leave, but Conte was constantly saying he is not going to because Diego Costa is one of the players he puts his trust in. And in the end he stayed here and the transformation was surreal with him becoming one of the best centre forwards in the world and also a total change in his attitude.

I put my trust in Conte to do his magic again and convince him to stay. I won't believe for a second them rumours saying the two of them are at war now, days after the Peterborough match in which they looked like best friends.

Media will take anything and do anything just to make us unstable. They wanked over the Tottenham defeat, they must be loving this as well. So hopefully, there is no war at the club. It is just the media wish.

fernando llorente is the solution: he is not a pure striker, but hazard and pedro with him will strike the double..

diego if you don't believe in the project leave right now, this squad will remain first even without you..

so, if he leaves, who are we buying: Llorente with Dembele (Celtic), Llorente with Aubameyang, Llorente with Lukaku, Llorente with Sanchez, Rondon with another?

I don't think Llorente is much of a striker for this league.

This is nuts, but I suppose we're led to believe he's never liked living in London (weather?).

This has to be bull shit, So the media are saying we are going to loose Costa to china and we are going to loose Michy Batshuayi to west ham? like both of them are going to happen. Am sure a club like Chelsea are not going to sell the ONLY 2 strikers they have that are playing at the moment! total bull shit. I can understand if some other superstar forward was for sale and made it clear they wanted to come to Chelsea, the likes of Sanchez, messi, Neymar, Syarez, Griezmann, lemar, players like this but none of these players would leave their current clubs.

TOTAL BULL SHIT TO ME. another way for the media to try and knock Chelsea down a peg or two because how well we have been doing as a club over the last few months.

Simple solution to the Conte-Costa saga. Use 5m pounds from Oscars 52m pounds to take care of Costa's wages till the end of the season then sell him to China at thier asking prices of 80m. After that we combine wat we had from Oscar+Costa's(120m+) sale and add some extra(from Roman's pocket) and sign on Griezmann, James and any player we want to add to the squad. That business will be the best business in the history of football. Selling lower level players to buy higher level ones.

Letting Costa go now will be suicidal. :cig:

Media is trying everything they can to unsettle chelsea ...Most probably it is just a bust up with fitness coach..he is just dropped because of injury..They tried to link this with china's offer which he probably had before the bust up..He will not leave in january and we will reject china's bid ..there is no point in discussing of replacements

I hope that its all a pile of crap.

The thing with Mendes out in China well he had to be out there already working on summet different. He wouldn't have been able to just jump a flight the hour after Diego tells him to shirly not.

These are mens, they'll get on with, forget it, and move on even harder to win the Premier League, Costa is working for Conte, and for the club, he is important, he is highly appreciated by everyone, but he is not above the club as we like to remember many of the players passed through this club. We dont know if Costa or Conte is at fault, but it doesnt matter because winners normally focus on a greater cause than simple man management problem.

2 hours ago, Fulham Broadway said:

If he wants to go to China for half a mill a week-wait to the end of the season

Jorge Mendes a curse on you

This,  I don't care if he want to move to China. I will let him go him in the end of the season for 150 M pounds, use the money to buy a new striker just not in the middle of the season when we are top of the table
